CASE MANAGER
                                    SPECIALIZATION IN SEXUAL OFFENDER TREATMENT


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a minimum of one year direct experience in
behavioral health client care. Commitment to learn specialized treatment services. One year
experience can substitute for one year education.

Job Requirements:

Responsible for the support and coordination of services for assigned clients, assisting clients to reach
their vision and therapeutic. Work as a member of the treatment team with the assigned Therapist.
Schedule testing and assessment of clients; assist as instructed by Therapist. Attend and participate in
Adult Team meetings to assess for needed community services, and refer clients appropriately. Assist
with paperwork – as assigned by Therapist or Clinical Director.

Maintain a complete and organized file. Actively participate with the client’s treatment team (client,
Therapist, Probation/Parole Officer, Law Enforcement personnel) to assist the client to recognize
deviant or harmful behaviors, and develop cognitive behavioral skills to not re-offend or act out
inappropriately. Maintain high quality, caring services – to promote the vision of the company

Focus on the following:

        Reducing symptoms of diagnosis
        Improving social functioning
        Increasing recipients and referring agencies satisfaction with services.

Responsible to work Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, or evenings, when needed. Responsible
for running the Yuma office and coordinating client care with community needs.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, organized and great people skills. Position is paid per billable hour.
Must be bilingual.
