EMPLOYMENT

11/2008-07/2009 Massage Therapist, Customer Service, Solei Day Spa Auburn, WA
Handling both Massage clients and customer service at this new day spa in Lakeland Hills has helped me transition
from more formal means of customer service and office administration to a fast-paced, fun, body health centered
work environment. My daily duties as a Massage Therapist include massage and fascial manipulation, as well as
skeleton-muscular assessment and education of proper body mechanics at work and at home. My duties as a front
desk person include constant customer interaction, cash handling, report running, and light housekeeping. My
position required me to unofficially manage a large amount of office operations.

01/2005-07/2008 Fraud Prevention Assistant Stanley & Associates Seattle, WA
As the Fraud Prevention Assistant at the Seattle Passport Agency, I provide clerical support to the Fraud Office,
which reviews hundreds of cases per month of suspected fraud. With these cases I am responsible for doing name
checks, background checks and referring cases to Diplomatic Security. Because of the high sensitivity of this
position, I have been given Secret Clearance through the U.S. State Department. I was hired on as a full time
employee from my previous employer, Randstad.

04/2004-10/2004 Customer Service/Call Center & Sales, Griot’s Garage Tacoma, WA
In the call center for Griot's, a mail order company specializing in high-end automotive and garage accessories, I was
involved in all aspects of customer service and sales. I was responsible for fielding calls and email inquiries,
providing technical support and basic customer service and sales. I quickly became an asset to my team leaders,
receiving monetary bonuses and accolades based on my performances both in sales and customer service goals.

04/2001-10/2003 Barista, Big Foot Java Puyallup, WA
My main duties at this fast-paced coffee stand were preparing coffee and interaction with the customers. I was
responsible for cash handling, register operation, and keeping the customer more than happy. I was quickly given the
responsibilities of Assistant Manager without the title. I was given a bonus for excellent customer service in a Secret
Shopper scenario, receiving a perfect “10.”
