SWOT
STRENGTHS
 My knowledge of EAP and Behavioral Health with over 16
years of hands on experience.
 Excellent customer service for both Internal and External
clients, brokers, members and internal staff.
 I am detail oriented and no longer pride myself as a “multi-
tasker”. My goal is to focus and avoid errors. Accuracy and
quality of work is always a must (no I’m not a perfectionist).
 Flexibility to assist others and share my knowledge as well as
resources.
WEAKNESSES
 Not speaking up and not saying NO when I need to (Personal
and work related).
 Trying to accomplish more than what is doable within 24
hours. (My goal is to achieve work life balance and not feel
so exhausted by the end of the day).
 My LOVE for cookies and SWEETS. (This is a constant work in
progress).
OPPORTUNITIES
 The opportunity to learn and explore more options for
growth.
THREATS
 I really don’t feel threatened by this change. I feel the
services we offer will be beneficial for our population.
 Lack of knowledge on current roles and responsibilities
provided by EPC.
A Few Things About Me…..
6
 Began working with MHN on October 31, 2005. It was a difficult decision to make leaving a job I loved at
PacifiCare Behavioral Health at the time. I have no regrets.
 I have worked very well with the change of different supervisors, different workstyles and personalities. I
keep a positive outlook and perspective on life when it comes to change.
 Survival of downsizing and reorganization, yet the workload and responsibilities continued to exist. (No need
to say more)
 Resides in Tustin, California, the proud mother of 5 beautiful and successful daughters, 2 awesome and
talented grandsons.
 Sacrificed my weekends and late nights to earn my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of
Phoenix. Working on my Masters in Business with focus on Health Administration.
 I am a leader and serve on a non-profit organization; Women on the Grow are about empowerment and
emotional intelligence (donotgiveup.net). You will also find more up to date current pictures of me. =)
 Favorite genre of music: Gospel all day and all night!!!
 First job: Cleaning houses with my Mom (RIP). I learned about Integrity at a very young age and the proper
way to thoroughly clean a house.
 I limit my TV watching to only Tuesday nights; The Haves and The Have Nots and If Loving You Is Wrong
(Oh my goodness!!!!) It use to be Scandal 
