What else can you share about this subject?
● Increasing our ERP hires is a major goal for us this year with several projects planned for 2016.
● Our program is very new, so I expect some of my answers to change as it matures.
● I have only been with this company for 3 weeks and therefore can only provide the information I am
currently aware of.
● Our hire numbers include hourly hires- which are not included in our referral program at this time.
● We are in the process of launching a new ERP program at [Company] and I am the Exec Sponsor of
the project.
● We are moving to a new ATS and are shocked that these technologies have not created anything new
or special to support referrals.
