Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, a leading provider of wireless voice and data telecommunications in the United
States and a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom.
Manager, Distribution, Aurora, Colorado (2008-2010)
 Saved $1.2 million annually in transportation costs by evaluating shipping container assortment, adjusting fill rates
and combining material groups through software optimization.
 Increased distribution center footprint to 150,000 square feet and 6,500 pallet storage positions via three building

to identify slower moving and obsolete inventory, formulating plans to sell through or liquidate.
 Led a project to reduce in-transit damage of parcel shipments. Made significant process improvements in void fill
accuracy, package sealing and parcel stacking techniques. Within three weeks, random carrier audits dropped from
over 80 packages per load to 0 needing to be resealed. Reduced missing shipments among stores.

Manager, Distribution Center Operations Support, Aurora, Colorado (2004-2008)
 Improved operational efficiency and real-time inventory visibility through a series of software implementations.
Selected five times to represent business operation aspects of major computer software system implementations and
conversions. Recognized for business process knowledge and software development experience.
 Expanded leadership responsibilities through reorganization to supervise up to 16 direct employees in Quality

   Contract Building Maintenance.

Supervisor, Warehouse Inventory, Aurora, Colorado (1998-2004)
 Implemented a more robust, sustainable, stable warehouse management system incorporating RF automation. This
allowed two forward logistics distribution centers to realize a 30% improvement in efficiency through reduced
handling costs and improved labor metrics.
 Replaced legacy warehouse management system with successful vanilla implementation of SAP R/3 V4.0B in 15
weeks. Achieved mission critical completion before Q4 retail season.
 Developed a standardized order management system through implementation of SAP Sales & Distribution module.
Drastically improved order visibility and subsequent material ordering and light manufacturing production planning.
Subsequent to that was the establishment of National Order Management desk for which 15 end users were trained.
