advisable to have one side of your business
card translated into the appropriate language.
*Business cards are generally exchanged at the
beginning of or at the end of an initial
meeting.
*While presenting it should be present in both
hands
• Check the number carefully & then dial it
correctly .
• Don’t ask them to wait the moment that they
answer .
• Identify yourself immediately. Don’t make them
guess who is calling
• If you have dialled a wrong number,
apologise. Don’t just hang up
• Observe courtesies like “Hello, Please, Thank
