goodwill of the company.

• The letter must contain exact reference.
• Mention as many details as possible regarding product.
• Always write an expected date and time of delivery.
• Mention terms and mode of payments.
• Provide complete address of place of delivery.
• State your requirement of clearly.
• Specific instruction regarding packing and marking the goods .
