7. The project also includes 52 numbers of shopping booths,
community centers, stadium, basket ball court, valley ball court,
football court, skating ring, swimming pool and badminton court with
maple wood flooring.

11. Ready mix plant: dry mix plant weighs the
sand, gravel and cement in weigh batchers
which can be computer assisted.
 Central mix plant: Wet mix concrete
batching plant combines some or all of the
above ingredients including water at a central
location in a concrete mix. The mixer can be
single/double shaft type, pan type or a
planetary type. The final product is then
transported to the desired location.

15. In MIVAN shuttering we can cast whole slab,
beam, column at one go making the unit a
composite structure. Columns are casted first
followed by beam and slab, concreting is done
by boom placer or pump.

18. Tower crane are modern form of balanced crane
that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the
ground on a concrete slab, tower crane often
give the best combination of height and lifting
capacity of 18 metric ton and are used in the
construction of the tall building.

19.  It is 15 stories building. Here M40 grade of
concrete is used in foundation and up to 8th
storie M30 grade of concrete is used and M25 is
used above 8th storie.

29. Handrails and railing
The handrails used for balcony are made up of
stainless steel. And for the stairs mild steel is used.
Stainless steel is a good quality steel. It can not be
corroded in the presence of air and moisture. It may
have longer life.

30. WINDOWS
The window frames used here are made
up of UPVC . These are made parallel on
the site under the basement. These are
developed by German company
“ALLUPLAST“. Here one is cutting
machine , finishing machine, angle
machine and jointing machine.
