1. JFactor ministries (Jesus Factor),
is a compilation of various ministries
designed to educate, nurture, empower, and
encourage individuals to recognize who they
are and methods to identify their God given
talents, and His purpose for their lives.
There are many means available to achieve
these goals. However, like most things, not one
method reaches everyone. Mr. Washington
provides a unique perspective garnered
through a myriad of life experiences around
the world
God broke the mold when he created each of
us. This is confirmation that we are
individually unique, with a specific, designed
purpose. The goal of JFactor Ministries is to
help individuals see their differences and
celebrate them.
Through seminars, workshops and
partnerships with various schools, human
services and rehabilitation facilities, JFactor
Ministries is facilitating the development of the
leaders of the future.

The Founder:
James Washington is a retired 30-year
veteran of the United States Navy. Loves Jesus,
his family and has a passion to help young
people discover God’s purpose for their lives.
He his wife Jennifer of 32 years and 3 adult
children have lived in Elizabethtown, Kentucky
since 2007. He has worked as an Instructional
Assistant for Fort Knox and Elizabethtown
High schools, known to many as “Poppa
Wash”. He presently volunteers at the
Department of Juvenile Justice, The local
schools, and ministers weekly at a local Adult
Medical Day Care center. Mr. Washington
Graduated with a Bachelor in Interdisciplinary
Studies from Western Kentucky University in
Dec 2013.He currently is working towards his
second degree, majoring in Criminology and
Family Studies at WKU.
He is a lifetime member of the Disabled
American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign
Wars. A member of the American Legion, The
Citizens Advisory Committee for the
Department of Juvenile Justice and the Hardin
County Chamber of Commerce. He is an
Independent Associate of Legal Shield,
affordable legal services for those in need. He
is a respected leader who champions the youth
in their pursuit of success.
