Indosat Ooredoo is providing support for online education in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic by offering free upgrades to bandwidth and data packages. This includes a 30GB free upgrade for existing university clients to access educational websites and apps, as well as free bandwidth upgrades of up to 20% for universities subscribing to Indosat internet services. The programs aim to help universities implement online learning and ensure access to educational materials for students during periods of lockdown and social distancing.
