This document summarizes the challenges an organization called Exilesoft faced when transitioning to Agile methodology and how they addressed those challenges. Key issues included isolation between project teams and HR, lack of understanding of Agile concepts, and requirements not being clearly communicated. The proposed solution was to improve HR's knowledge of Agile through training and fully implementing Agile practices across the organization. Observing the results, the transition led to improved collaboration, recognition of individual contributions, and an organization-wide performance increase as everyone better understood the new way of working.
