During my last tour in the Navy I worked at a federal agency managing federal employee direct reports. I was
responsible for supervising division personnel and ensured the duties complied with the overarchingpolicy
guidance applied to all production centers acrossthe department of defense.
I was accountable to the Department Head/Deputy for accomplishment of the division’s mission, operations,
personnel management and financial resource management; responsible for translating guidance into actionable
