The document is a coding sheet for summarizing questions asked during Priamaia Liniia broadcasts. It provides categories for coders to classify information about the question, person asking, topic, and Vladimir Putin's response. The sample question coded comes from a 2006 broadcast, and concerns agricultural issues in Russia. The man asking is a lead engineer from a village in Orenburg Oblast. Putin provides a very detailed response acknowledging the issues farmers face, and refers to existing government programs and policies to support agriculture.
