This document summarizes Kent County Council's Creative Commissioning Programme, which aims to achieve more creative outcomes for commissioners and young people in Kent, increase the capacity of arts and cultural organizations, and build strategic relationships. The programme has provided over £250,000 in funding through a long process that included support sessions to help organizations become "commission-ready". Projects focus on interpreting the "Six Ways to Wellbeing" in each of six districts through 50 hours of activities promoting wellbeing among children and young people. Partners include public health, arts organizations, and local centers. Evaluation will assess wellbeing impacts and collect lessons from the process.
