What to eat for breakfast
   Breakfast should contain all or most of the food groups
    each day
       Fruits
       Vegetables
       Grains
       Proteins (lean)
       Dairy (low fat)

 - This is also the best meal for including fats,
since your body will be able to burn it off through
the day.
How much to eat for breakfast
The simple answer is you should eat a lot.
   Biggest meal of the day
   It is okay to go big, but go healthy
   Eating something from all of the food groups is a good guide
