Some students from the local town visited a farm and learned how to make bread. The process involves mixing yeast, water, flour and salt together and kneading the dough for 5-10 minutes. The dough is then allowed to rise for 1-2 hours before shaping it and letting it rise again for 45 minutes. The shaped loaf is baked at 250C for 10 minutes and then at a higher temperature for 1 hour until the crust is brown. The bread is brushed with water and baked for 15 more minutes before cooling.
