Sweet potato ice cream is made by steaming or boiling 1 kg of sweet potato meat, stripping and smoothing it, then blending it with 1 liter of coconut milk. The blended mixture is mixed and stirred with 1 liter of pure milk, 500g of sugar, 6 tbsp of flour maizena, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 pieces of pandan leaves. The combined ingredients are boiled and cooled before being ready to serve.
