This document lists 30 positions available at a lodging and resort in Whitefield, New Hampshire. Positions include housekeeping, houseman, bellmen, servers, bartenders, bussers, dishwashers, maintenance, and activities coordinator. Hours are approximately 30 hours per week. Wages range from $7.25 to $9 per hour plus tips for some positions. Housing is provided on-site for $70 every two weeks with meals included. The employment period is from December 10 to March 15.

Housing
Housing is a shared employee
dormitory on-site. Two meals per
day are also included in cost of rent.
Bedroom will be shared between two
participants with a common kitchen.
Cost of housing is payroll deducted.
Housing cost is $70 per person, every
two weeks. Housing deposit of $200 is
refundable if participant works through
original program end date, and if unit
is left in good, clean condition at the
employer’s discretion. Housing deposit
is payroll deducted over 2 pay periods.
Position Descriptions
Note: Other duties may be assigned
by supervisor as necessary for all
positions.
Housekeeping duties include but are
not limited to:
• Cleaning guest bathrooms, making
beds, removing guest linens, and
vacuuming.
• Cleaning bathroom includes
shower curtain, walls, tub,
mirrors, sinks, toilet and floor
• Some cleaning of common areas
will be required as well.
Houseman duties include but are not
limited to:
• Cleaning hotel common areas,
doing basic maintenance and
transporting heavy carts and
laundry bags.
• General cleaning is required
JOB OPPORTUNITY
Whitefield, New Hampshire

Participants can enjoy activities
such as snowboarding, skiing,
dogsledding, sledding, iceskating and
snowshoeing. Participants can also
visit the White Mountain National

Bellman duties include but are not
limited to:
• Greeting customers, opening
doors, assisting with luggage,
and escorting customers to their
rooms.
Server duties include but are not
limited to:
• Greeting and waiting on
customers.
• Bringing food and beverages to
customers, clearing tables, and
maintaining cleanliness in other
restaurant areas.
• Participants must be friendly and
outgoing, and should interact well
with others in a fast-paced
restaurant environment.
Bartending duties include but are not
limited to:
• Taking drink and food orders and
making drinks at the bar.
• Must have excellent English and
interact well with customers.
• Must have previous serving
experience.
Busser duties include but are not
limited to:
• Clearing tables, carrying food,
filling beverages.
• Cleaning the kitchen at the end of
each shift.
• Assisting wait staff and customers.
Dishwashing duties include but are
not limited to:
• Washing dishes, pots and pans,
stocking dishes and items as
needed by wait staff and cook.
• Mopping and general cleaning in
the kitchen area.
Maintenance duties include but are
not limited to:
• Responding to minor maintenance
issues on the property, such as
plumbing issues, painting, etc.
• Must have basic knowledge of or
background in home repairs.
Activities Coordinator duties include
but are not limited to:
• Researching, organizing, and
planning family activities for
guests at the resort, such as
snow shoeing, cross country
skiing, and arranging campfires.
• Must be outgoing and have good
leadership skills.
• Must be proficient in English and
confident while speaking.
