Follow Our Packaging Guidelines & Don’t
Worry!
Packaging
• It is mandatory to use at least one brand’s packaging material out of these: Tape, Polybag, Corrugated box etc
• It is mandatory to use the invoice pouch on the outer packaging box/polybag
• Use strong material that keeps the product safe from scratches or damage on the outside
• Cushion the product inside the package with things such as bubble wrapping or padding so the product cannot move inside
• Use brand tapes liberally on the joints and edges
• Use the ‘Fragile’ sticker on the final packed product
• Do not use Black and transparent polybag. However, the brand’s tape would be mandatory, in case the brand’s polybag is
not used
• Do not use Brown/colored tape for packing the product. However, transparent tape can be used only when brand’s polybag
has been used to pack the product
Labelling
• Print the packing slip clearly and stick it on the pack. Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all the details are clearly
visible, including the barcode
• Paste the invoice pouch on the outer packaging box/polybag and insert the invoice inside the invoice pouch. The white-
colored side of the invoice should be on the front
• Also, insert all the other details and necessary documents in the invoice pouch

corrugated boxes or 5 ply
fully crafted corrugated
box
Note - Please do not use other portals/transparent/black colored polybags.

Packaging Guidelines when using a brand’s box
Now, place the packing slip on the front side of the
brand's corrugated box & cover it horizontally with the
transparent tape
Now, fold the invoice from the centre so that the details are
towards the inside
Paste the invoice pouch on the back side of the brand's
corrugated boxes and insert the invoice in the invoice pouch
The white side of the invoice should be on the front

However, transparent tape can be used only when brand’s polybag has been used to pack the product Labelling • Print the packing slip clearly and stick it on the pack. Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all the details are clearly visible, including the barcode • Paste the invoice pouch on the outer packaging box/polybag and insert the invoice inside the invoice pouch. Packaging Guidelines when using a brand’s box Now, place the packing slip on the front side of the brand's corrugated box & cover it horizontally with the transparent tape Now, fold the invoice from the centre so that the details are towards the inside Paste the invoice pouch on the back side of the brand's corrugated boxes and insert the invoice in the invoice pouch The white side of the invoice should be on the front Top View Bottom View 4. 5.
