16. General Packaging Guidelines
Packaging
• It is mandatory to use at least one brand’s packaging material out of these: Tape, Polybag, Corrugated box etc
• It is mandatory to use the invoice pouch on the outer packaging box/polybag
• Use strong material that keeps the product safe from scratches or damage on the outside
• Cushion the product inside the package with things such as bubble wrapping or padding so the product cannot move inside
• Use brand tapes liberally on the joints and edges
• Use the ‘Fragile’ sticker on the final packed product
• Do not use black and transparent polybag. However, the brand’s tape would be mandatory, in case the brand’s polybag is not used
• Do not use Brown/colored tape for packing the product. However, transparent tape can be used only when brand’s polybag has been used to pack the product
Labelling
• Print the packing slip clearly and stick it on the pack. Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all the details are clearly visible, including the barcode
• Paste the invoice pouch on the outer packaging box/polybag and insert the invoice inside the invoice pouch. The white-colored side of the invoice should be on
the front
• Also, insert all the other details and necessary documents in the invoice pouch
