This document summarizes efforts to streamline cap planning activities for diverse accounts. The team created different planners for different account types, delegated responsibilities according to accounts handled, and set clear expectations on impact, importance and timelines. There were challenges in convincing the team of the need for change and time constraints. However, the result was that all planners were published on time according to business requirements. Feedback was provided at all points to improve the process.
