      –      To grow the group to at least 30 members with high quality members
      –      To be a “leader” among BNI MD groups
How Can the Marketing Committee Accomplish these Goals?
Regularly Demonstrate Value of Membership by:
      –      Telling member success stories
      –      Providing group metrics
      –      Num of members
      –      Num of referrals passed
      –      Num of business passed ($)
      –      Num of one on ones
      –      Educate how to make the most of membership
      –      Publish business tips from members through various social media that gets the name of the
             member and the group name out and builds audience for both

Why LinkedInBusiness Focused Social MediaGroups and Connections gives us access to a greater communityHome screen gives you the opportunity to update your status, link to your latest blog or something you want to share inside of LinkedIn. You can also read an article online or comment on something you see – if it has a LI like badge, by clicking it you are updating your status. Great way to do something you are already doing and turn it into an opportunity to grow your presence on the web.
  2. Use the Profile tool to make sure you have updated or provided as much info as possible to make your profile stand out. Look at what other people in your industry are doing to see what information you may want to inclue in your description.
