DRINKING IN HEALTH AND LIFESTYLE
• Generally, smoking and drinking have
negative effects for people’s health.
• ‘Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol and
smoking can both caused poor health, and
thus make living a healthy lifestyle difficult by
increasing the risk of several types of
diseases’ (Leah, 2011).
• Conclusion:
People who smoke or drink should stop it as it is
bad for health and it is not a good lifestyle!
