1. INTRODUCTION
Anyone who ponders how air carries data—writings
and sounds, static images and movies—and transmit
these data to vast distances, the answer comes to them,
with a binary code that consists of Zeros and ones (0،1).
In the modern age, the first one to notice that the holy
Quran contains codes and symbols, carrying inside
countless secrets, is the Imam BEDİÜZZAMAN SAİD
NURSİ, in 1926, (Nursi, The Words, the Twenty-Fifth
Word, 2005). He describes The holy Quran as:
" It is a collection of letters at the start of which are
certain codes in respect of the tremendousness of Divine
majesty; and through its descent from the
comprehensiveness of the Greatest Name, it is a The holy
scripture full of wisdom which looks to and inspects all
sides of the Sublime Throne ".
The holy Quran reveals a fixed unchanging fact that it
is the first one to refer to some of the scientific facts and
sciences in the universe. Among these signs is the binary
code that is considered the basis of digital revolution.
This Qur'anic sign to "information transfer code " (data
transmittance code) in cosmos is one of The holy Quran
miracles.
The holy Quran refers to scientific facts, particularly to
the digital age sciences, mathematics and its instruments,
and statistics.
Computers and its tools have led to the emergence of
distinctive statistical studies of the contents of the holy
Quran. These studies show significant miracles related to
the numerical code in The holy Quran.
2. THE HOLY QURAN
According to Muslims, the holy Quran is the last
divine book reveled to the last prophet, Muhammad
(SAW).
The holy Quran is an ocean of information and a
collection of diverse knowledge and dissimilar subject
matters. It discusses almost all fields of life and provides
basics for all areas of knowledge.
The Aye is an Arabic word that means “verse”.
The Surah is an Arabic word that means “chapter”. Al-
Baqrah is the name of chapter that means “the cow.”
The holy Quran has a unique style of explaining
different topics. Normally, a topic is discussed at
different places. For example, the topic of Hazrat Moosa
(AS) is discussed in many chapters and the Oneness of
Allah is discussed throughout the holy Quran. Some
consecutive verses or even a single verse may contain
many topics. For example, the second verse of Surah Al-
Baqrah, 2, consists of only seven words (including
prepositions) that cover three topics. Lengthy verses, on
the other hand, may discuss dozens of topics. Rarely does
a chapter contain one topic and the same is true for a lot
of verses.
Without doubt, the Holy Quran has a unique
allegorical style; therefore, it needs special attention for
issues related to searching and information retrieval. The
legacy keyword searching techniques are incapable of
retrieving semantically relevant verses. In this paper, the
researcher addresses the deficiencies of key word based
searching techniques and the issues related to semantic
search in the Holy Quran, and propose a model that is
capable of performing semantic search.
This study relies on and derives support from several
studies on the Holy Quran as they include different texts
that have most of the Arabic words.
Table (1) shows some statistics about The Holy Quran,

Abstract—This paper investigates the binary code of
Qur'anic word: A weighted code that has fixed quad
structure, consists of four bits, and belongs to and follows the
digital structure of Qur'anic word of ﴾Allah،‫﴿هللا‬. It delineates
the basics and principles of uncovering the binary code of
Quran and presents practical methods of
deriving information from numerical data, and highlights
the significance of the binary code as an aspect
of inimitability of the Quran and an interpretation of the
codes of Quran organization and explanation of the Quran
rhetorical structure. It also presents a collection of facts and
secret meanings borne by the code of the Quran. The scared
code of the Quran is a qur'anic breakthrough and a
scientific miracle that soon will herald the beginning of a
great miracle whose light will manifest itself in humanity as
the code of the new miracle of the holy Quran in the
language of the twenty first century. It is my hope that the
binary code will be a monumental addition that will help in
devising and extracting new facts related to faith, science, or
history. Most important, science may soon prove that the
binary code is really the language of the human genome
revealed to us by Allah through the miracles of the holy
Quran.
The research confirms that Quran is a permanent miracle,
has preceded in its signs the facts and cosmic sciences, and
provides proof that Quran up to date with renewed from the
sciences and inventions humanities. Contains constants,
facts and secrets confirms save it. Binary Code of Qur'anic
Word is the new miracles in Quran.

3. THE BINARY NUMBER SYSTEM
Binary numbers system is the simplest numerical
systems, a binary number is expressed in the binary
numeral system or base-2 numeral system which
represents numeric values using two different symbols:
typically 0 (zero) and 1 (one).
The base-2 system is appositional with a radix of 2.
Because of its straightforward implementation in digital
electronic circuitry using logic gates. Table 2 shows some
decimal numbers and the equivalent for it in binary
numbers system.

4. DATA REPRESENTATION IN COMPUTERS
The binary code is a numeric system resulting from a
function connects text, computer processor instructions,
or other data and string of zeros and ones (0,1). This
string represents the information, and it is easily readable,
categorized, stored, retrieved and processed into the
machine.
Data in digital systems must be converted into binary
format. To achieve this, a process of coding is required,
where each letter, special character, or numeral are coded
in a unique combination of 0’s and 1’s using a coding
scheme known as code.
Binary code is considered basis of the digital
revolution in full. Its importance comes from computers
and other digital circuits process data in binary format, it
is one of the simplest types of code systems.
5. BINARY MACHINE CODE

system or binary code; it is used internally in digital
electronic circuits by almost all modern computers and
digital devices. When these circuits processes data,
storing it, and transferring it, cannot understand except
binary data, (0,1), that are as a series of zeros and ones.
Today all types and forms of Sciences and
information: are represented, written, stored, documented,
published and send using binary code (0.1), It is
processed within the digital systems, and then be
converted to form that can be understood, and then it is
shown and takes it out. In addition, Codes are used for
error detection and error correction in digital systems.
6. DIGITAL DATA IN THE HOLY QURAN
Digital data in The holy Quran can be classified into
two classes: explicit, derived.
 Explicit: has two types:
1- Numbers and digits written with Quran word
within Verses as ) seven ‫,سبعة‬ four ‫,أربعة‬ …..).
2- Numbers and digits drown as (53, 186).
 Derived: has four types:
1- Counted (Calculated) numbers: as (Quran words
number, Quran letters number,…..).
2- Extracted: as (letters number of word), (The
number that represents sum of Verse letters).
3- Aligned as row: as align (letters number of Verse
words to form number).
4- Converted: as binary number Equivalent to
decimal number.
In addition, each number in the holy Quran has special
miracles, but the main numbers in Quran miracles are (7),
(19).
7. NUMBER SYSTEM WHICH REPRESENTS DIGITAL
DATA IN THE HOLY QURAN
The numbers system which represents digital data in
The holy Quran is Decimal number system. All of its
elements are mentioned in The holy Quran. It is the only
one mentioned explicitly in The holy Quran. It is used for
represents digital data types in The holy Quran. Except
converted digital data. It may use binary number system.
Also may use other number Systems for represents digital
data types in The holy Quran.
The holy Quran implicitly indicates to binary number
system by using the word of { Mathani: Binary ‫مثاني‬ ،}
and repeated this word twice in tow Verses.
8. NUMERICAL CODES IN THE HOLY QURAN
Numerical Codes in The holy Quran are numerical
systems have extremely precise regulation, have
characteristics and rules, they hides some information,

derived through specific encoding of letters and words of
The holy Quran, this information confirms a number of
faith-based, scientific facts and historical events, One of
this codes is the Binary Code.
9. IMPORTANCE OF BINARY CODE IN THE HOLY
QURAN
NURSİ Said:" All the sciences you study continuously
speak of God and make known the Creator, each with its
own particular tongue. Do not listen to your teachers;
listen to them ", (Nursi, The Words, the Thirteenth Word,
2005).
Also binary Quran code has many facts and miracles
about of faith, sciences, and Historical events.
I believe it is the language of the new miracles in the
book of Allah, The holy Quran. of post numerical
Miracles, miracles of numerical codes in The holy Quran.
10. QURAN AND BINARY CODE
Who try to think about everything around him asking
them, how this air in space carries information? a
writings and sounds, static images and movies, Transfer it
to large distances, the answer comes to him, with a binary
code. Zeros and ones (0،1).
I think that the symbol (1), that carries the information
in binary code, defines and indicates of the existence of
one God in his own way, and it say: none has the right to
be worshipped except Allâh,( Lâ ilâha ill-Allâh). And
glorifies Allâh.
Allâh said:
‫واالر‬ ‫السبع‬ ‫السموت‬ ‫له‬ ‫تسبح‬ ﴿‫يسبح‬ ‫اال‬ ‫شي‬ ‫من‬ ‫وان‬ ‫فيهن‬ ‫ومن‬ ‫ض‬
:‫﴾[اإلسراء‬ ‫غفورا‬ ‫حليما‬ ‫كان‬ ‫انه‬ ‫تسبيحهم‬ ‫تفقهون‬ ‫ال‬ ‫ولكن‬ ‫بحمده‬17/44.]
{ The seven heavens and the earth and all that is
therein, glorify Him and there is not a thing but glorifies
His Praise. But you understand not their glorification.
Truly, He is Ever Forbearing, Oft-Forgiving } [Al-Isrâ'-
17/44].
It is also a confirmation of everything in creation and
existence is a binary, as Allâh told in his book:
:‫﴾[الذاريات‬ ‫تذكرون‬ ‫لعلكم‬ ‫زوجين‬ ‫خلقنا‬ ‫شي‬ ‫كل‬ ‫من‬ ‫و‬ ﴿51/49.]
{ And of everything We have created pairs, that you
may remember (the Grace of Allâh)} [Az-Zâriyât-51/49].
Because of the importance of this code, The holy
Quran indicates to it by using the word of { Mathâni:
Binary ‫مثاني‬ ،} and repeated it binary ,in binary of Verses.
‫ل‬ ‫و‬ ﴿‫العظيم‬ ‫القران‬ ‫و‬ ‫المثاني‬ ‫من‬ ‫سبعا‬ ‫اتينك‬ ‫قد‬:‫﴾[الحجر‬15/87].
{We have bestowed upon you seven of Al-Mathâni
(the seven repeatedly recited Verses), (i.e. Sûrat Al-
Fâtiha) and the Grand Qur'ân. [Al-Hijr-15/87].
‫منه‬ ‫تقشعر‬ ‫مثاني‬ ‫متشبها‬ ‫كتبا‬ ‫الحديث‬ ‫احسن‬ ‫نزل‬ ‫هللا‬ ﴿‫الذين‬ ‫جلود‬
‫به‬ ‫يهدي‬ ‫هللا‬ ‫هدي‬ ‫ذلك‬ ‫هللا‬ ‫ذكر‬ ‫الي‬ ‫قلوبهم‬ ‫و‬ ‫جلودهم‬ ‫تلين‬ ‫ثم‬ ‫ربهم‬ ‫يخشون‬
‫هاد‬ ‫من‬ ‫له‬ ‫فما‬ ‫هللا‬ ‫يضلل‬ ‫من‬ ‫و‬ ‫يشا‬ ‫من‬:‫﴾[الزمر‬39/23].
Allâh has sent down the best statement, a Book (this
Qur'ân), a resembling book as Mathâni , The skins of
those who fear their Lord shiver from it (when they recite
it or hear it). Then their skin and their heart soften to the
remembrance of Allâh. That is the guidance of Allâh. He
Guides there with whom He pleases and whomever Allâh
sends astray, for him there is no guide. [Az-Zumar-39/23].
I think as a specialist that Qur'anic word { Mathâni:
Binary ‫مثاني‬ ،} is a Qur'anic scientific sign indicates to the
computer language code, binary code, zeros and ones.
This Qur'anic sign to "information transfer code " in
cosmic, is new miracles in The holy Quran, and I think
that the new miracles in The holy Quran will be in it.
After studying the meaning of Qur'anic words that
have scientifically meaning is near from Qur'anic word {
Mathâni: Binary ‫مثاني‬ ،}, I found binary of Qur'anic
words.
▪ The first is the word { Malomât: Information ‫معلومات‬ ،}.
▪ The second is the word { Merkom: digitized ‫مرقوم‬ ،}.
Each one of these words has binary mention in The
holy Quran. This indicates that Qur'anic word associated
with scientific meaning that it is contained.
Binary code may have many other uses, Science may
prove soon that It is language of the books of life, the
code of the human genome. Later we will find that it is
the language of sky orders and Marcoum book. the book
that Allâh is told us about it in binary of Verse.

11. BINARY QURAN CODE
11.1. DIGITAL STRUCTURE OF QUR’ANIC WORD
(DSQW)
As the word has structure, shape, form and drawing,
also it has linguistically, scientific, semantic and
metaphysically meaning, the word has Coherent system
for its arranged, organized and frequented. In addition, It
has construction and Coherent system for its count of
letters, It can be named this building "Digital Structure of
Qur'anic Word (DSQW)", this Decimal number represents
the word digitally in Qur'anic Verse.
When Digital Structures (DSQWs) are arranged next to
each other in Verse obtains on " Digital Structure of
Qur'anic Verse (DSQVs) ".
I found that most of (DSQWs) of Qur'anic Word " are
quad Structures, so that it consists of four letters, this
means that it belongs to and follows (DSQW) of
{‫،هللا‬Alah}, which has quad Structure.
Every Qur'anic word is miracle, and belongs to the
command worldThe word form is fixed from the sky ‫و‬
therefore (DSQWs), DSQVs) are not deaf numbers are
equal or different, but it is the other face of the miracles
of Qur'anic word.
Then, Digital structure of Qur’anic word (DSQW)
is a decimal Number Ranging from 1 to 10, Belongs to

the Counted (Calculated) data type, from class of derived
digital data. This number represents Qur’anic word with
digital form in Verse, (Bakro, 2017)
11.2 BINARY NUMBER EQUIVALENT TO (DSQW)
Binary equivalent to digital structure of Qur’anic Word
(count of word letters) is a binary number. Belongs to the
converted data type, from class of derived digital data.
In order to find a binary number equivalent to
(DSQWs), there are a set of facts:
 Decimal number base system is 10.
 Largest number of word letters is 10.
 The number 10 is contains of (0،1) Symbols, that
consists of them, binary numbers.
If we want to represents decimal numbers ranging
from 1 to 10, by using binary number, how many bits we
need?
In order to find that we have

Using the natural logarithm, n can be found as follows :
nln2 = ln10
n x 0.69315 = 2.3026
n = 3.32
But: n must be integer number. 3 bits is not enough for
representation, then it must be used 4 bits to represents
numbers.
Binary equivalent for number )10(10is:
(10)10=(1010)2
4 bits (nibble) is enough to represents it.
Confirming this, Qur'anic word { rmza ،‫رمزا‬ } that
manes a symbol, has a quad structure, it may be a sign
that the encoding Qur'anic word is quad structure.
From the above, It conclude that:
Binary equivalent for decimal number, which
represents the (DSQWs), must be binary number with 4
bits.
Number of Binary Combinations: number of
possibilities can be obtained from a certain number of
bits. Can be calculated from:
N= 2n
Where N: number of potential Combinations.
n: number of bits.
As number of binary digits obtained is: n = 4,
then the number of binary combinations is:
N= 2n
=24
=16
As (DSQW) is decimal number ranging from 1
to 10, then number of binary combinations for represents
Qur’anic word is 10 only. They are the flowing group

11.3 BINARY CODE OF QUR’ANIC WORD (BCQW)
All of Quran contents from letters, words, and
numbers, can be formed as mathematic structures with
Arranged elements as Arrays and groups, can be execute
many arithmetic and logic operations. Array may be the
main structure of digital data in The holy Quran.
Binary code of Qur’anic word is a weighted code
consists of zeros and ones, has a specific structure; may
obtained it by found binary equivalent for decimal
number, which represents the (DSQW).
Based on the above, it is a code consist of 4 bits,
belongs to a {Combinations} group.
We will use (BCD) Binary Coded Decimal code, the
most important is the weight (1248), which is Natural
Binary Coded Decimal (NBCD). In such coding, the bits
are multiplied by their corresponding individual weight,
and then the sum of these weighted bits gives the
equivalent decimal digit.
The full form of BCD is ‘Binary-Coded Decimal.’
Since this is a coding scheme relating decimal and binary
numbers, four bits are required to code each decimal
number. For example, (35)10 is represented as 0011 0101
using BCD code.
The code is also known as 8-4-2-1 code. This is
because 8, 4, 2, and 1 are the weights of the four bits of
the BCD code. The weight of the LSB is 20 or 1, that of
the next higher order bit is 21 or 2, that of the next higher
order bit is 22 or 4, and that of the MSB is 23 or 8.
Therefore, this is a weighted code and arithmetic
operations can be performed using this code (A. Saha, N.
Manna. Digital Principles and Logic Design, ch2 Codes
and Their Conversions, 2007).
Conclude: Binary Code of Qur'anic Word (BCQW) is a
weighted quad code, have fixed structure, consist of 4
four bits.
To find (BCQW) using (BCD) code:
 Finding digital structure of Qur’anic
word (DSQW).
 Finding binary number with four bits
equivalent to (DSQW).

 It contains at least one of symbol ( 1 ).
 Count of symbol ( 1 ) in it are one or two or three.
 Count of symbol ( 0 ) in it are one or two or three.
 (BCQW) belongs to and follows the (DSQW) of ﴾
Alah .،‫﴿هللا‬ which has quad structure, comes binary
code of Qur'anic word quad structure.
 It is symbolic code to Quran words, is not numbers or
symbols extracted.
 It is code outcomes from Quran contains, without
inclusion any external data.
 It is simple, has one fixed rule, and do not require
affectation or diligence.
 It is programmable and the applicable on all
computer systems, for study, processing and analysis.
 It can be adopted in the construction of various
scientific applications, to study contents of The holy
Quran.
 It is depends on fixed scientific rules and facts, and
use basics of a global known code, resulting from a
reliable refereed academic researches.
11.5 INFORMATION THAT CAN BE EXTRACTED FROM
DATA OF (BCQW)
You can find different methodologies for data
extraction from (BCQW), to show the facts, benefits,
anecdotes, and extracts secrets, wonders, and miracles
from, from these data:
 Count of symbol ( 1 ) in the code.
 Count of symbol ( 0 ) in the code.
These numbers can be studied in terms of:
 These numbers are equal to each other.
 How these numbers are distributed in
their Verse, their relationship and
proportionality with the count of words
and letters in Verse.

11.6 SOME FACTS OF BINARY CODE OF QUR'ANIC

11.6.1 BINARY CODE OF QUR'ANIC WORD { ،‫هللا‬ ALAH,}
" This is Qur’an’s miraculous conciseness. It
sometimes, happens that the Qur’an mentions the two
ends of a long chain in such a way that it shows clearly
the whole chain. And sometimes it happens that it
includes explicitly, implicitly, figuratively, and allusively
in one word many proofs of an assertion " (Nursi, The
Words, the Twenty-Fifth Word, 2005).
From this Qur’an’s miraculous conciseness, there is
found the proof is explicitly, implicitly, figuratively, and
allusively on the oneness of Alah in binary code of Word
،﴾Alah .،‫﴿هللا‬
The word ﴾Alah ،‫﴿هللا‬ is the most frequent word in the
holy Quran, it has (DSQW)= 4, therefore Binary code of
Qur'anic word ،﴾Alah ،‫﴿هللا‬is:

By Note, I find that count of ones ( 1 ) in the code is
one, this is an evidence and proof to the oneness, and
there is one God, and That God is Alah, and{Lâ ilâha ill-
Alâh}.
11.6.2 BINARY CODE (BCQW) OF NAMES OF GOD
When I found (BCQW) of most of names of God, Gets
count of ones ( 1 ) in the codes are one, Let's see it:
`The names of God are 99 name, most of them are a
quad structure, shorter names is a binary structure, and the
longest consists of 16 letters.
1- The shorter names are: { br, hk, hw ،‫هو‬ ،‫حق‬ ،‫بر‬},
(DSQWs) for it are = 2, therefore (BCQW) are:

11. DISCUSSIONS
Of the greatness of God and his miraculous book, there
are code in The holy Quran, this code is machine work
language, and all technical systems in the world, puts in
binary code of the names of God is evidence and proof
that he is one God.
The most important facts of (BCQW). It is proofs of
oneness of Alah in the names of God, where count of ones

12. BINARY QURAN CODE AND TEXT CLASSIFICATION
Natural language processing (NLP) is one of the
most important systems in artificial intelligence field, one
of its task is Text Classification (TC). TC is the task to
classify texts to one of predefined categories based on
their contents[6].
It is also referred as Text categorization, document
categorization, document classification or topic spotting.
And it is one of the important research problems in
information retrieval IR, data mining, and natural
language processing. TC has many applications that are
becoming increasingly important such as document
indexing, document organization, text filtering, word
sense disambiguation and web pages hierarchical
categorization. TC research has received much attention
[7].
It can be studied as a binary classification approach
(a binary classifier is designed for each category of
interest), a lot of TC training algorithms have been
reported in binary classification e.g. Naïve Bayesian
method [8], k-nearest neighbors (kNN)[8], support vector
machines (SVM)[9,10] etc. On the other hand, it has been
studied as a multi classification approach e.g. boosting
[11], and multiclass SVM [12].
Binary Quran code can uses in automatic processing
of Arabic language, as sorting and classification
Techniques, storage and retrieval systems, data mining
process and others.
In addition, it is important in processing Arabic word
in information systems, by finding Binary digital
structure of Arabic Word, that is a weighted quad code,
have fixed structure.
13. CONCLUSIONS
Among the gleams of the Qur’an’s miraculousness, its
reiterations and brief mentions of scientific facts and
developments.
I found through research:
 The research confirms that The holy Quran is:

 Not a book for guidance only but it is a book of
science and facts, too.
 Provides proof that the holy Quran, keeps pace
with renewed from the sciences and inventions
humanities.
 The first one indicates to binary code, zeros and
ones. And Qur'anic word{ Mathâni: Binary‫مثاني‬ ،}
is a Qur'anic scientific sign indicates to the
computer language code, binary code.
 Has not remiss in anything, he contains detail
everything.
 Contains constants, facts and secrets confirms save
it, from these is Binary Code of The holy Quran,
just as behind the computer program is code, it is
working on, If any bit disturbed, program work
disturbed, also any disturbed of any Qur'anic
letters, the Qur'anic system would be
fundamentally disturbed.
