I. Experience at IBM as a Business Analyst
•Worked with customers, understanding and meeting customer business needs and assessing risks, driving accurate
valued results.
•Created performance level metrics and service levels requirements based on customer requirements gathered and
extensive analysis. This included creating both business and technical specifications required by the customer and the
technical teams.
• Merged customer needs into standard reporting packages (using Maximo, ISM, Service Now, Crystal Reports and

• Modified the Service Request process to have an additional phases added for documentation. Automatic reminders were
sent to the Analyst to ensure this phase what not forgotten. Documentation updated and code pushed to productions at
similar times.
• Performed data mapping between Remedy (and other change and problem management tools) and GSMRT Analytics,
resulted in successful data transformation
II. Experience at IBM as IT Specialist
• Worked as lead analyst and developer implementing new Service Now Service Level Management Reporting System with
a team of developers for the Alberta Health Client. This included code development, business rule development, service
level development, scripting and as a lead support analyst/team lead with a small team of developers.
• Worked as a systems support analyst supporting the Alberta Transportation Infrastructure Management System.
Assignments involved managing system wide integration issues with clients in a three tiered support environment.
• Worked as an enterprise software developer and QA tester on a large scale Panorama Health Care Project for BC Health.
I worked with a large development team using technologies and frameworks such as JSF, struts, and other tools such as
