• Consulted with department leads using MS Access applications to identify any
required improvements and analysed results
• Analysed existing processes of 28 applications and formatted the results into a
Requirements Document for each, identifying them as obsolete, to be converted from
Office 2003 to 2007 or a new software rewrite
Senior Business Analyst – Business Apps. New Horizon System Solutions (2011-2013)
• Analyzed the data flow of the Outage Metrics Enterprise program for Pickering A &
B and Darlington nuclear power plants, creating a Visio diagram and wrote a new
Requirements Document. I rewrote and structured portions of the program, improving
daily run time from 7 hours to 2 hours with significant improvement in reliability.

• Designed a new internet exchange database for Risk Management Hedge Model
containing the Nymex daily gas futures prices saving 1 hour / day data entry. Wrote
test plans and managed testing and sign-off (Regression & UAT using Mercury

VB3 app Pipe Pro to VB6 (performed UAT and received sign-off). Created an Access
