enhancement in your personality?
Ans- PERSONALITY IS THE SUM TOTAL OF OUTER
PERSONALITY AND INNER QUALITIES.
1)While outer personality helps us to be accepted, liked
and loved, inner qualities or traits make long lasting
impressions and relationships.
2)PERSISTENCE- It helps to develop our fruits
both physical and psychological. Persistence Helps
in positive conditioning, goal achieving.

popular and help in making things happen.
4)We should try to develop a positive personality which is
highly needed in competitive environment.

Time management reefer’s to a range of skills,
tools and techniques used to manage time when
accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals.

PRIORITIZE:We should make a note all what we
need to do which things is most important
should be done first.

10. DO IT NOW:We should stop pending things, should try to
complete it as possible.
SET GOALS AND AVHIEVE GOALS:The people with strong goals automatically
decides what to do when. This leads to achieving goals.
USE WASTED TIME:Check out what you can do while commuting and
waiting. Make associations with friends who are productive
rather than who indulge in time pass activities.

11. Before joining frankfinn institute:When I was preparing for 3-2 semister
exams, I am not so aware of time
management.
I was struggling , when I was preparing to
my exams. As there are many topics to be
revised in a short span of time.
I was unable to manage it .

12. After joining frankfinn institution:I was aware that time play’s important role.
I will keep sometime for regular activities and
recreation.
At present I am pursuing AGS course in
frankfinn and B-TECH final year
Though it’s a multi task I am able to manage it
with perfect schedule to study and thing which
are to be learnt.

Like I want to work in an international airport and I

ENTHUSIASM- I believe in seriousness and sincerity
in my work to produce positive result.

Ans:-Inter personal skills are the skills that a person uses
to interact with other people. inter personal skills are
sometimes also referred to as people skills (or)
communication skills .
It is how well you communicate with some one .how well
you behave (or) carry yourself.

17. Some ways to improve inter personal
skills:Think positively.
So
Do not criticizes others or yourself.
Be patient.
Learn to listen, experts recommend
listening 80% of time and only talking 20%.
Be sensitive to others.
Have a sense of humor.
Don’t complaint.

18. Treat others and their experience with
respect.
Praise and compliment people when they
deserve it.
When some one is telling a story, don’t
interrupt.
Be cheerful and try to make others smile.
When some one compliments you, don’t
disagree or boast about it.
