Front Desk Coordinator/Medical Records
Responsible for Greeting and Assisting People that enter the office as well as various other office duties:
• Assisting Patients to complete Intake Forms and answer questions about the exams and Providers
• Directing and Assisting Patients to Exam Rooms and Chaperoning Exams as needed
• Working with Clients to answer questions regarding Reports, Appointments, Documents needed, as
well as providing Clients with information on Company Procedures, Policies and Providers
• Assisting Providers as needed, answering question, assisting with computer questions/problems,
retrieving documents whether via phone calls or searching the medical chart
• Downloading/Uploading of Provider dictation using Olympus Dictation Modules 3000, 4000 and 5000.

Orthopedics, Neurology, Chiropractic, Psychiatry, Neuro-Psychiatry, Naturopathic, Occupational Med,
PMR, Plastic Surgery and many others
• Assisting in the Scheduling and Re-Schedule of Exams, Diagnostic Appointments, Chart Reviews,
Depositions, etc.
• Answering Multi-Line Phones and Transferring calls to the proper Team Member
• Preparing Reports, Appointment Letters and other documentations for mailing
• Sorting Medical Records and preparing charts for providers, includes adding any needed forms
• Coordinating and Shipping prepared Medical Records to providers prior to clinic days
• Compose, Edit and Type an assortment of business related materials
• Preparing, sorting and filing Forms and Charts as well as Ordering Office and Medical Supplies
