Operations
• Operations of the Company are directed from its corporate office based at Matunga,
King’s Circle in Mumbai. The Company is managed on professionally lines with an
emphasis on business planning, goal directed actions and accountability for
promises and performances across the Management Spectrum.

requirements and committing the result – oriented delivery is what we believe in
and that belief is what our client experiences.
Governing Principals
• Adherence to SLAs, SOPs and meeting deadline are the fundamental principal at Beltronics
• We plan our deliveries to meet the customer’s recruitment target before the cut-off date
• We strive to minimize the down-time of our clients
Recruiting Operations
Our Recruiter will work as full time recruiter for your company (doing
all the work that you would expect a recruiter to do)
• Search: For database for suitable resumes
• Filter: Scan every resume carefully and pick the best suitable one that matches the
existing requirement
• Source: Shortlist candidates suitable for the vacant positions
• Interview: Call the short listed candidates to find out their availability and discuss
the vacancy position with them
• Tech Check: Our professionals can handle preliminary technical interview
• Back Ground check: Execute referral checks
• Co-Ordinate: They will co-ordinate with the account managers
HR Policies
1. Induction
• The induction formalities are generally done as per the client’s policy. Descriptions of job profile,
site location are furnished to the candidate along with the brief on policies and procedures to
follow at the time of giving appointment letter.
2. Retention and Appraisal
• We routinely meet employees and interact to understand their working, problems, issues if any,
are evaluated. The issues, if any, depending on the gravity are addressed after dialogue with the
Project Managers, Area Managers etc. at the earliest to retain the employee.
• We take a bi-monthly report of employees on all the aspects of performance
• vis-à-vis, dress code, conduct, behavior etc from Project Managers, Area Managers who are
client’s employees. Technical performance is evaluated separately by them.
• Based on the reports and our interactions with the employees, we make the ratings for the yearly
appraisal. We interact with employees to confirm their satisfaction on the appraisal. The feed
back is later given to the Site In-Charge, Project Manager, Area Manager and HR Manager.
3. Exit Policy
• We have 30 days notice period as per the employment terms.
• When the employee tenders his resignation, we take feed back from the Site In-Charge and
confirm if the employee has returned the site property to the concern authority. We make sure
that the employee has returned the Identity Card given to him during his employment. After the
report of the Site In-Charge, we process the relieving documents.
• The relieve documents consists of relieving letter, experience letter and the final settlement
details.
Pay Roll Management for
Out Sourced Employees
• Automated Pay roll software to manage monthly salaries of our 500+ employees,
located all over India.
• The salary disbursal is on 7th of every month to the employees account.
• Every month, on or before 15th, the salary slips are sent by email or courier
• The statutory deductions like ESIC, PF, PT, TDS etc are done at our end.
Legal Compliance
Our company operations are as per Government Rules and Regulations
• Service Tax
We levy service tax to the customer as per the governing regulations
The returns are filed every quarter
• Employees ESIC, PF, PT is deducted and respective returns are filed time to time
• TDS on employees salary is deducted as per the statutory regulations
• Formalities like Form 16 are couriered after 15th May every year
Business Models
“Beltronic Consultancy Private Limited” (BCPL) can offer resources under two
different models
1. In this model “BCPL” will provide for resources to the customer as per their requirement. The
resource will be absorbed by the customer and only recruitment charges will be levied, here
the role of BCPL ends with the recruitment of the resource and the payment is made. All bills
will be submitted within the first week of the candidate joining.
2. The second model works in such a way that the customer and BCPL are hand in glove, here
although the resource would be on the payroll of BCPL, the final selection of the resource,
the salary to be given, profile etc would be decided by the customer. The customer would pay a
fixed commission over and above the CTC of the resource. The benefits like PF, ESIC, PT to be
given would be to the discretion of the customer.
