Relevant professional networking groups, personal
references
• Initial screening of the profiles
• Matching it with Job Profile, CTC, Key Skills, Experience etc
• Send relevant profiles to the client for approval
• Telephonic / face-to-face interviewing the candidates
• Lining up interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the
Client
• Coordinating with the selected candidates to make them
join in required time frame
• Reference Checks as per the requirement of the client
6. Commercials
• 8.33% for Entry Level Positions. (Junior level positions,
Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager)
• 10% of gross annual emoluments for Managers to Deputy
General Managers
• 12% of gross annual emoluments for Senior Level Positions
(General Manager and above)
