Role Wise Experience Summary:-
Credit Manager:
• Responsible for generating and managing the quality business for HL and LAP as per
company policy and process.
• Manage the credit team for day to day activities.
• Perform timely personal discussions with each customer for all cases (SE and Salaried) at
their business point / job location. Prepare debit equity ratio in detail, analyze the same,
review all credit checks and take the decision as a credit underwriter up-to Rs. 25. Lacs.
Above Rs. 25.00Lacs recommend the cases to appropriate authority
• Ensure the Legal and Technical compliance on property documents, issue the sanction letter
validate the disbursement request according to sanction condition.
• Ensure proper communication to client regarding fees, loan product options, loan
repayment options, and other credit terms and conditions, the activity is managed through
credit team.
• Ensuring file completion before dispatch to central operations for QC and disbursement
through credit team.
• Ensure collection of PDDs /OTCs from the customer as per legal opinion (In BT & Purchase
case PDDs collect through company appointed lawyer).
• Segment analysis, including review of Particular Industrial sector (like Pharmaceuticals,
FMCG, Builders, Retailers & Contractors etc.) and evaluation of their performance in the
portfolio.
• Identify negative areas and profiles in the area.
• Review the performance of agencies such as FI, CPV, Technical and Legal and also monitor
TAT.
• Review the performances of back office and sales team. Provide proper training to them on
updation in the policy and procedures of company.
• Established new verification and decision processes resulting in significant reduction in
decision turnarounds for the Business.
• Responsible for Business feasibility, Branch evaluation reports and Audit report.
• Managing the appointed DSA and generate the quality business from them.
• Manage branch administration to ensure up-keep ; Petty cash management and adherence
to policy as per statutory compliance.
• Ensuring collection management of clients (by cheque / cash) and maintain the collection of
the branch.
