Credit Manager:
• Responsible for generating and managing the quality business for HL and LAP as per
company policy and process.
• Manage the credit team for day to day activities.
• Perform timely personal discussions with each customer for all cases (SE and Salaried) at
their business point / job location. Prepare debit equity ratio in detail, analyze the same,
review all credit checks and take the decision as a credit underwriter up-to Rs. 25. Lacs.
Above Rs. 25.00Lacs recommend the cases to appropriate authority
• Ensure the Legal and Technical compliance on property documents, issue the sanction letter
validate the disbursement request according to sanction condition.
• Ensure proper communication to client regarding fees, loan product options, loan
repayment options, and other credit terms and conditions, the activity is managed through
credit team.
• Ensuring file completion before dispatch to central operations for QC and disbursement
through credit team.
• Ensure collection of PDDs /OTCs from the customer as per legal opinion (In BT & Purchase
case PDDs collect through company appointed lawyer).
• Segment analysis, including review of Particular Industrial sector (like Pharmaceuticals,
FMCG, Builders, Retailers & Contractors etc.) and evaluation of their performance in the
portfolio.
• Identify negative areas and profiles in the area.
• Review the performance of agencies such as FI, CPV, Technical and Legal and also monitor
TAT.
• Review the performances of back office and sales team. Provide proper training to them on
updation in the policy and procedures of company.
• Established new verification and decision processes resulting in significant reduction in
decision turnarounds for the Business.
• Responsible for Business feasibility, Branch evaluation reports and Audit report.
• Managing the appointed DSA and generate the quality business from them.
• Manage branch administration to ensure up-keep ; Petty cash management and adherence
to policy as per statutory compliance.
• Ensuring collection management of clients (by cheque / cash) and maintain the collection of
the branch.
• Delinquency management through roll backs, restructure and legal follow up
• Ensure timely payments of every vendor bills.
Marketing & Business Development Manager:-
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies and plans.
• Taking care of promotional sales of new products.
• Develop strategies and build key marketing relationships.
• Reviewing existing contracts and looking for growth opportunities.
• Identifying prospective clients and then contacting them.
• Identifying opportunities, arranging and then giving demonstrations.
• Managing sales pipeline and closing business.
• Reviewing customer feedback and then suggesting ways to improve processes and service
levels.
Territory Accounts Head:-
.
• Responsible for managing a network of 05 branches across Territory with a team of 13
employees. For product Auto loans, Used car loan and TW loans.
• Ensure proper credit compliance like CIBIL credit reports, property appraisals, background
checks, and other information pertinent to loan.
• Re FI for non starter cases & NPA visit and submit the report to management.
• Delinquency management through roll backs, restructure, disposal and legal follow up.
• Responsible for business feasibility and branch evaluation reports. Portfolio analysis &
Audit for all branches in Territory.
• Managing Valuers, and Verification agencies for Territory.
• Responsible for end to end TAT, quality underwriting, training, quality checks.
• Supervise & mentor the process activity for all branches in territory & support to HO
Accounts team.
• Responsible for Audit management, branches visit & cash management and monitoring the
account reconciliation (bank & TA).
• Responsible for imparting training to branch accountants and updating team members with
change in audit guidelines and process knowledge.
