The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.

The program is specially designed to cover all ICF requirements for individual certification. It
is designed to cover all ICF (International Coach Federation) Core Competences at PCC level.
It is structured in a 8 modules x 1,5 days classes (of teaching, practice and feedback at 1
month distance), 20 group sessions x 3h of supervised coaching practice, 6 group
sessions x 3 hours of Mentor Coaching and 3 mentor coaching individual sessions of 1h.

The course is approved by ICF - International Coach Federation for 156 hours and at the end

Mentoring in coaching provides professional assistance for the
coaches in order to refine their coaching abilities, achieving and

receive relevant feed-back.

4. Most importantly, perhaps, the activities
that aimed to learn to connect better with
yourself (eg mindfulness, personal values,
etc.). This seems essential to me - in
coaching, the most important tool is you as
a coach / you as a person. In order to
connect with the client, you must first be
well anchored in who you are. Only then can
you create a quality relationship in which
you can enhance your coaching skills,
because no tool, no clever technique can
compensate for its lack.
I recommend any future coach to invest

The learning process in the coaching school
helped me a lot because it used a lot of
different methods. We had the observation
area, we had the dialogue, there was also a
teaching area, videos, music, introspection,
meditation. I mean, there were a lot of
methods that helped me to put this
experience together and to live it from the
head but also from the soul, to integrate it
completely.
For me, this worked the best, because it
touched me both cognitively and
emotionally, to connect with people and
information itself.
iI was a group of different people (the
trainers), but who complemented each other
very well. This helped me a lot, because
being different taught me to relate
differently, to be flexible. It helped that I saw
examples of different coaching sessions from
trainers. And the fact that the competencies
were somehow from different areas, but also
their way of being was different contributed
in building a complete experience.
