About us
We started our first coach training edition in 2014,
following a previous experience of our founder in
another coaching school (starting 2010).
We are a team of 4passionate, dedicated to
continuos learning and excellence mentor coaches
and trainers.
We discovered what it takes to become a certified
professional coach. The learning process in our
accredited courses is designed to bring our clients
closer to becoming certified professional coach.
We are starting in oct. 2020 the 13th Edition.
DESCRIPTION
The program is specially designed to cover all ICF requirements for individual certification. It
is designed to cover all ICF (International Coach Federation) Core Competences at PCC level.
It is structured in a 8 modules x 1,5 days classes (of teaching, practice and feedback at 1
month distance), 20 group sessions x 3h of supervised coaching practice, 6 group
sessions x 3 hours of Mentor Coaching and 3 mentor coaching individual sessions of 1h.
It offers through its structure an efficient blend of theoretical learning, learning by doing,
reflection both in and on action.
The participants will bring for exploration their own situations and goals.
The course is approved by ICF - International Coach Federation for 156 hours and at the end
you will receive also a certificate for group and individual mentoring hours.
All activities will take place online using Zoom platform

The 3 Individual Sessions of Mentoring in Coaching will be established
with the mentor after the 6th Module

Core Competences, through teaching and integrating them in
practice. The themes we chose reflect though our own unique way
of offering the needed tools for a future coaching professional.

Coaching supervision offers coaches an opportunity to access
continuous professional development through reflection and

MENTOR COACHING
6 GROUP SESSIONS FROM 6PM TO 9PM
3 X 1H INDIVIDUAL SESSION
Mentoring in coaching provides professional assistance for the
coaches in order to refine their coaching abilities, achieving and
demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability
demanded by the desired credential level (ACC, PCC).
We offer two frames:
- a group session frame in order to explore all core competences
and give the opportunity to each participant to practice and
receive relevant feed-back.
- an individual frame where the participant will receive detailed
feed-back covering all ICF core competences and suggestions for
refining them.

Total Fee: 2.765 EUR / participant (paid in 7
monthly instalments), covering all ICF individual
ACC&PCC credential requirements for training
and mentoring:
8 modules x 1,5 days & 20 supervised

It all started with a curiosity, that later transformed into
a need to have a guidline for the role of a coach.

for the role of coach. But what I experienced and
discovered in the nine months spent in the program

The aspects that I liked the most about the
coaching training offered by One2Coach
were:
1. The numerous hours of coaching practice,
offered weekly in addition to the course
modules, which is not found in the offer of
other schools
2. Competitive costs in relation to the
market
3. Detail and in-depth practice of the 11 ICF
competencies at the PCC level, so that the
ACC exam becomes a breeze for those who
have finished school
4. Most importantly, perhaps, the activities
that aimed to learn to connect better with
yourself (eg mindfulness, personal values,
etc.). This seems essential to me - in
coaching, the most important tool is you as
a coach / you as a person. In order to
connect with the client, you must first be
well anchored in who you are. Only then can
you create a quality relationship in which
you can enhance your coaching skills,
because no tool, no clever technique can
compensate for its lack.
I recommend any future coach to invest
wisely in his training here at One2Coach
The learning process in the coaching school
helped me a lot because it used a lot of
different methods. We had the observation
area, we had the dialogue, there was also a
teaching area, videos, music, introspection,
meditation. I mean, there were a lot of
methods that helped me to put this
experience together and to live it from the
head but also from the soul, to integrate it
completely.
For me, this worked the best, because it
touched me both cognitively and
emotionally, to connect with people and
information itself.
iI was a group of different people (the
trainers), but who complemented each other
very well. This helped me a lot, because
being different taught me to relate
differently, to be flexible. It helped that I saw
examples of different coaching sessions from
trainers. And the fact that the competencies
were somehow from different areas, but also
their way of being was different contributed
in building a complete experience.

  • 3. About us We started our first coach training edition in 2014, following a previous experience of our founder in another coaching school (starting 2010). We are a team of 4passionate, dedicated to continuos learning and excellence mentor coaches and trainers. We discovered what it takes to become a certified professional coach. The learning process in our accredited courses is designed to bring our clients closer to becoming certified professional coach. We are starting in oct. 2020 the 13th Edition.
  • 4. DESCRIPTION The program is specially designed to cover all ICF requirements for individual certification. It is designed to cover all ICF (International Coach Federation) Core Competences at PCC level. It is structured in a 8 modules x 1,5 days classes (of teaching, practice and feedback at 1 month distance), 20 group sessions x 3h of supervised coaching practice, 6 group sessions x 3 hours of Mentor Coaching and 3 mentor coaching individual sessions of 1h. It offers through its structure an efficient blend of theoretical learning, learning by doing, reflection both in and on action. The participants will bring for exploration their own situations and goals. The course is approved by ICF - International Coach Federation for 156 hours and at the end you will receive also a certificate for group and individual mentoring hours. Program  STRUCTURE  Module 1 - Being COACH(Ed): Frame, Mindset, And Partnering (16-17 Jan) + 3 group sessions of Supervised Practice + 1 Group Mentoring session Module 2 - Coaching Process (6-7 Feb.) + 3 group sessions Supervised Practice + 1 Group Mentoring session Module 3 - Tools And Techniques In Coaching (27-28 Feb.) + 3 group sessions of Supervised Practice Module 4 - Going Deeper In Coaching (20-21 Mar.) +1 Group Mentoring session + 2 group sessions of Supervised Practice Module 5 - Client’s Transitions (24-25 Apr.) + 3 group sessions of Supervised Practice Module 6 - Learning To Action In Coaching (20-30 May) + 1 Group Mentoring session + 2 group sessions of Supervised Practice Module 7 - Business Coaching And Coaching As A Business (19-20 June) + 2 group sessions of Supervised Practice + 1 Group Mentoring session Module 8 - Being COACH (10-11 July) + 2 group sessions of Supervised Practice + 1 Group Mentoring session The 3 Individual Sessions of Mentoring in Coaching will be established with the mentor after the 6th Module

SUPERVISED PRACTICE  GROUP SESSIONS 20 X WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS MONDAY FROM 6PM TO 9PM receive additional tools integrate them in their existing coaching resource toolbox delivered during modules bring value to their practice and offer a wider range of possibilities to approach topics that clients bring in the coaching relationship. Coaching supervision offers coaches an opportunity to access continuous professional development through reflection and dialogue in a safe, supportive and confidential space. MENTOR COACHING 6 GROUP SESSIONS FROM 6PM TO 9PM 3 X 1H INDIVIDUAL SESSION Mentoring in coaching provides professional assistance for the coaches in order to refine their coaching abilities, achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level (ACC, PCC). We offer two frames: - a group session frame in order to explore all core competences and give the opportunity to each participant to practice and receive relevant feed-back. - an individual frame where the participant will receive detailed feed-back covering all ICF core competences and suggestions for refining them.   • 12. The aspects that I liked the most about the coaching training offered by One2Coach were: 1. The numerous hours of coaching practice, offered weekly in addition to the course modules, which is not found in the offer of other schools 2. Competitive costs in relation to the market 3. Detail and in-depth practice of the 11 ICF competencies at the PCC level, so that the ACC exam becomes a breeze for those who have finished school 4. Most importantly, perhaps, the activities that aimed to learn to connect better with yourself (eg mindfulness, personal values, etc.). This seems essential to me - in coaching, the most important tool is you as a coach / you as a person. In order to connect with the client, you must first be well anchored in who you are. Only then can you create a quality relationship in which you can enhance your coaching skills, because no tool, no clever technique can compensate for its lack. I recommend any future coach to invest wisely in his training here at One2Coach The learning process in the coaching school helped me a lot because it used a lot of different methods. We had the observation area, we had the dialogue, there was also a teaching area, videos, music, introspection, meditation. I mean, there were a lot of methods that helped me to put this experience together and to live it from the head but also from the soul, to integrate it completely. For me, this worked the best, because it touched me both cognitively and emotionally, to connect with people and information itself. iI was a group of different people (the trainers), but who complemented each other very well. This helped me a lot, because being different taught me to relate differently, to be flexible. It helped that I saw examples of different coaching sessions from trainers. And the fact that the competencies were somehow from different areas, but also their way of being was different contributed in building a complete experience.
