2. Aaron Copland Music Analysis
Aaron Copland is a twentieth century American composer, teacher, and conductor. Schuman
(1980), refers to Copland as the Dean of American Composers , which he attributes to his stylistic
contributions to American culture including film. His works includes songs, chamber music,
ballets, theater, symphony orchestra, solos, and chorus. Copland s approach to composing
included twelve tone, a basic exhibition of serialism. Crawford Hamberlin (2013), describe this
style as organizing twelve pitches of the chromatic scale into a unique pattern. This method
expressed a way of organizing notes freely, without focusing on a key center. To non musical ears,
the atonality heard is interpreted as strange, exotic, or in some cases esthetically pleasing. Copland
s musical influence includes his time in Paris during the 1920 s with Stravinsky, a Russian
Nationalist. Stravinsky s style was inclusive of traditional Russian folk music, evident in his ballet
Petrushka (Navarro 2011).
Copland composed Outdoor Overture in 1938, as a request from Alexander Richter, Director of
Music at the High School of Music and Arts in New York City. Pease (2015), attributes the
inspiration behind this composition from Richter s campaign: American Music for American
Youth. The score (APPENDIX A), shares program notes, along with an extended synopsis of the
piece. The basis for Outdoor Overture, is a theme expressed initially by the upper woodwinds and
strings (APPENDIX B). The idea is introduced

3. Essay Data Mining
Data Mining
Abstract
Data mining is a combination of database and artificial intelligence technologies. Although the AI
field has taken a major dive in the last decade; this new emerging field has shown that AI can add
major contributions to existing fields in computer science. In fact, many experts believe that data
mining is the third hottest field in the industry behind the Internet, and data warehousing.
Data mining is really just the next step in the process of analyzing data. Instead of getting queries
on standard or user specified relationships, data mining goes a step farther by finding meaningful
relationships in data. Relationships that were thought to have not existed, or ones that give a more
insightful view of the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Data mining allows companies to focus on the more important information in their data warehouses.
Data mining can be broken down into two major categories. Automated prediction of trends and
behaviors, and automated discovery of previously unknown patterns. In the first category, data
mining automates the process of finding predictive information in large databases. Questions that
traditionally required exhaustive hands on analysis can now be quickly answered directly from
data. In the second category, data mining tools sweep through databases and identify previously
hidden patterns in one step. This category is where the major focus of research has been on.
Discussion
Data mining is a rather new term for a challenge that has been growing for many years: how to
scan very large databases to retrieve the high level conceptual information of the greatest interest
(Lindsay). With the advances in data acquisition and storage technologies, the problem of how to
turn measured raw data into useful information becomes a important one. Having reached sizes that
defy even partial examination by humans, the data volumes are literally swamping users. For
example, large US retail chains now mine their data bases with sophisticated data mining programs
to look for general trends and geographic clustering in purchases that are not easily visible in the
huge multitude of products and sales.

4. Individual Employment Opportunity Act An Employer
Compensation is one of the most important aspects of business. It attracts, motivates, and retains
skilled employees; therefore, evaluating compensation correctly to meet the needs of the business
and satisfy the wants of the employee is also extremely important. The aspects that Echo Inc. should
consider when evaluating their compensation practices are the different limitations placed on pay,
the benefits that are required by the government, optional benefits, and the different pay for
performance plans.
When considering how to pay employees, a business must factor in the legal requirements of pay
placed by the government. Government regulations affect pay by implementing the equal

Although, company s do not have to pay salary workers for over time. Two additional federal
laws, the Davis Bacon Act of 1931 and the Walsh Healy Public Contracts Act of 1936, govern
how much federal contractors are paid. The calculation of prevailing wages at which federal
contractors must be paid is thirty percent of the local labor force. These regulations must be taken
into consideration when deciding an employee s base pay. There are various pay level strategies
to choose from including: lead the market, match the market, lag the market, hybrid, employer of
choice, or cafeteria plan. Setting higher wages than competitors helps attract quality applicants in
larger quantities. It also increases employee s work efforts, reduce turnover, and lower monitoring
costs. While high wages are beneficial to the employees a business determine if they can afford to
pay a higher wage, or if the money could be better used somewhere else within the company.
The government not only places certain limitations on pay they also require employers to provide
certain benefits. These required benefits are social security, unemployment insurance, workers
compensation, unpaid family and medical leave, and health care benefits. The Social Security Act
of 1935 provides that if a worker meets certain requirements they will receive retirement benefits
that are based off their age and earning history. Over 90% of U.S. employees are covered under

5. The Tulsa Race Riot Of 1921
The Tulsa Race Riot of 1921 was the culmination of racial tensions both endemic in American
society as a whole in the period, and certain tensions peculiar to Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1921,
Greenwood and its African American population became the outlet for these often violent tensions
seething among Tulsa s white population. The following paper seeks to shed some further
understanding on what motivated and pushed the whites of Tulsa, Oklahomato such a violent,
extreme reaction during the riot.
To answer the question, Why were the whites so mean? it is necessary to understand the pre
existing conditions that existed in Tulsa, Oklahoma before the actual riot took place in 1921.
Pre existing racism in Tulsa was the foundation on which all the other causes of the riot were
built upon. Wide spread segregation was still common in America at that time and it was
accepted by many in the North and South that whites were inherently superior to blacks. These
views were particularly strong in the South, where emancipated blacks were seen as a threat and
scourge to white Southern culture, a culture which was utterly dominated by whites and where
blacks were oppressed with no hope of equal protection under the law, equal representation, etc.
This was also the case in Tulsa in the early 1900s. Blacks were segregated against by the white
residents and as a consequence formed their own community, called Greenwood, on the north side
of the Frisco Railroad tracks, which was heralded by

6. Being The Baby Of The Family
Being the baby of the family seems to automatically qualify me to be unaware of what the real
world is all about and the responsibilities of being an adult. For years I take insults my older sister,
Jessica who is now twenty three, would tell me because what she said was nothing but the truth.
Like Jessica, my father, Fernando, also nagged me about getting employed. Only my mother,
Bertha, supported me in not getting a job and rather focus fully on academics. Anger began to
accumulate within me until one day I simply could not support it anymore. Clearly to them I was
a burden, which gave me that extra inner fire to call and make my first ever job interview happen.
Even with a job, though, all the badgering would not seize.
Lets start from the beginning, where everything truly began. Years back Jessica began to rebel
like any other teen, never ending well. Seeing my parents suffer because of her made me realize
that I did not would not put them in that kind of situation. At a young age I began to act mature,
responsible even, but it seemed like a funny joke to them. Only at nine years of age I began to
clean the house, cook dinner, and still keep up with homework. Truthfully, I knew nothing about the
adult problems, still did not make me naГЇve about what was to come in my later years.

7. US Army Motivates Employees
Every company must motivate their employees to ensure the maximum performance is achieved
out of each employee for the company and employee long term success. In this essay, I will focus
on three ways that the US Army motivates employees. The programs include the Awards Program,
Counseling, and the Uniform Code of MilitaryJustice (UCMJ). In the military and in the civilian
sector the ultimate goal is for employees to be happy as they perform their daily duties and make
the most profit for the company. It s hard to get top performance out of people who don t enjoy
coming to work. For these reason Companies utilized many forms of motivating employees to
ensure the ultimate goal is achieved, increase and maintain profit. Walt Disney at some point...

Not all motivators have to be rewards and incentives. Fear of punishment is definitively a
motivator to perform well or at least perform to standards. If punishment or strict rules of some
kind does not exist in an institution especially as large as the military, control is lost and
performance and standards are declined. An example of a simple punishment for sub standard
performance is the article 15. If a service member is caught malingering or not performing his
job, the leader is authorized to recommend disciplinary action in order to motivate the member to
do his job properly. Usually, a counseling statement and a warning call will do the job but, in cases
where this fails, punishment is necessary to ensure the employee changes his behavior. Use of non
judicial punishment is proper in all cases involving minor offenses in which non punitive measures
are considered inadequate or inappropriate . (AR 27 10). Non judicial punishment as the regulation
describes it, is designed to punish members but not affect their career if they decide to stay in the
military. This punishment is a slap in the hand, and records are destroyed after the member leaves
the unit where he received the punishment. If the article is implemented, then the Soldier could
receive confinement, pay deductions, and extra labor. This punishment is definitely a motivator for
newer soldiers to perform their job to

The topic that I have chosen to discuss throughout this paper is Managing and Resolving
Conflicts in a Relationship. This topic is very important to me simply because, I personally see a
lot of relationships failing, including some of mines due to lack of resolving and managing
conflicts correctly. By the end of this paper I hope that I have helped the reader understand and
eliminate any conflicts that confront their everyday lives. Many relationships and about fifty five
percent of marriages end because of unresolved conflicts. Most of the time these relationships fail

Conflict need not be catastrophic or personal conflicts are simply part of being human. Deal
with issues as they arise, avoiding conflict makes situations worse. Time does not resolve
matters instead it decreases the chance of a positive outcome. Attempt to understand the other
person s point of view because dismissing the other s views, assigning blame, and exclusive focus
on your own perspective are all counterproductive. Do not judge emotions, no one s feelings are
more or less right than the other. Emotions reflect a valid perspective of an individual even if
you don t understand it; acknowledge the other person s reaction as important. Focus on the
behavior, situation or problem area without attacking the person involved. Do not assume your
values or beliefs are right , they reflect a view of the world from your unique perspective.
Respecting another s viewpoint as equally valuable opens an opportunity for learning and growth
(Lifetips moving up in life, 2000). Handling conflict is a skill which can be learned. It requires
practice, discipline and self control. In the midst of conflict, most people forget the overall goal in
addressing the conflict: Having your partner understand your feelings and resolving the
disagreement. The more a couple can keep this goal in mind the less likely either will engage in
criticism, yelling or name calling. These behaviors only fuel the conflict (Managing Conflict in

The Pearl of the World is a symbol of hope and new chance when the story begins, buts its
meaning and purpose are completely redesigned throughout the book. When he first finds the
pearl, Kino dreams of what the pearl will bring to him, but doesn t realize that it could bring him
to his downfall. Later on, it is realized that the pearlhas brought more evil into his life than good,
but Kino refuses to give it up. The pearl brought about a connection between Kino and the
neighbors, which hadn t had the biggest benefit. By the end of the story, it is seen that Kino s
hopes and dreams wanted by the pearl have been reversed.
The pearl, a sign of hope for Kino and his family, automatically leads Kino to dream of what it
may bring to him, but the boldness of these dreams will bring his own undoing upon him. When
he first discovers the pearl, Kino s face shone with prophecy as he said My son will read and

these things will make us free because he will know... (p. 33). Kino s desperation for achieving these

13. Taking a Look at Solanine
solanine
It is a glycoalkaloid. It is a poison. It is present in the nightshade family i.e Solanaceae especially
in species tomato and potato. Solanine is found naturally in many parts of plants e.g tubers, leaves
and fruits. It also has pesticidal and fungicidal characteristics. It also act as a natural defence
system of plant. Firstly it was extracted in 1820 from a berry i.e Solanum nigram.
Solanine poisoning and it s symptoms primary symptoms of solanine poisoning are neurological
and gastrointestinal disorders.
Other symptoms may be vomiting, burning of throat, nausea, cardiac dysrythmia, diarrhea,
nightmare, dizziness, stomach cramps and a common symptom headache.
Hypothermia, fever, dilated pupils, hallucination, paralysis and losss of sensation occur in very
severe cases and somtimes death can also accur.
Way of action
A result of a study show that the mechanism of solanine toxicity is mainly due to it s chemical
interaction with the membranes of mitochondria. It is shown by experiments that when solanine is
exposed, it result in opening of pottassium channels of mitochondrial membrane, in it s result the
membrane potential is decreased and then Ca 2+ are transported from mitochondria to the
cytoplasm due to which concentration of Ca 2+ is increased in the cytoplasm which result in the
apoptosis i.e cell death and cell damage.

Humans see non humans as less intelligent, insignificant, disposable, and the fact that humans are

other humans and treated them like non humans today are treated. We are guilty of treating
humans and non humans as slaves to better our own lively hood. I have come up with a few
strategies to overcome our power hunger and denial regarding non humans. We treat dairy cows

expected they are expected the high of production every time (Willets, Class Notes 4/25 4/27).

First, is to as a society accept that we have a problem of wanting and needing power. In order to
get to this acceptance we need to bring the slaughterhouses and farms out of hiding and show
what is really going on behind the scenes. There should be a law implemented to make
slaughterhouses and farms have windows for the public to see what is going. I mean it shouldn
t be like we can view what s happening 24/7 because that is there lively hood and some people s
homes. We don t want the public to invade people s privacy or put the workers at risk of being in
danger. There could be more tours available for slaughterhouses. I don t see anyone wanting to
go on a tour, but it should be available to the public maybe on line. Perhaps, a live feed of what
is happening at the slaughterhouse. These strategies are a bit more risky because they can have
backlash on the governments invasion of privacy, works endangerment, and animal cruelty
complaints left and right. The public can be overwhelmed when something like slaughterhouses
is put right in front of our face. If we can accept the fact that slaughterhouses exist and we treat
animals like dairy cows as slaves. Then we can overcome this power hungry society we live in.

we have in our society and that is quite often over

To become a prosecutor, one must have gone through law school and passed the state bar exam.
Law school may sound intimidating, but that is one of the first steps to entering into the world
of law. Unlike most professions a bachelor s degree is required before entering law school. When
getting the bachelor s an assortment of options are at play. A degree in political science,
English, or philosophy is probably one s best options when choosing a degree. This will take
about four years to complete. Following one s bachelor s degree is passing the LSAT. LSAT
stands for Law School Admissions Test, and this test needs to be taken before applying to a
good law school like Georgetown, Stanford, or Harvard. Seven years of one s life goes into
getting the proper education leading to them being a criminal prosecutor, not including training
for the job. After about seven years of a future criminal prosecutor s life one still has to interview
for the job and to be a prosecutor one must meet the requirements. One of the requirements is the
ability to talk in front of some people and able to possibly interview witnesses on their witness
list. Going back to work hours, being on call is immense because at any time one might be
called to get a subpoena or warrant. A warrant is a written issue to arrest someone or to search
the desired area or get DNA. A subpoena is a written order forcing someone to attend court.
These two things play a significant role in the art of law, and one needs to be there to get them.
Passing the state bar exam is huge when becoming a lawyer because if one doesn t pass then one
doesn t have the right to practice law and that is illegal. Communication is one of the personal

16. The Renaissance And The Scientific Revolution
the Renaissance, also known as the rebirth, was a cultural movement that started an artistic
transformation and started the scientific revolution. This time period also links the transition from
the end of the Middle Ages to the beginning of the Modern Age. The Renaissance started in Italy in
the 14th century and spread to northern Europe by the 16th century.
During the Renaissance artists changed the way they painted and sculpted, they learned how to
paint in all three dimensions, which brought life and realism to their works. Also, getting away
from the religious roots of art created an entirely new type of art that was rich in drama and
emotion. This was also the time period when painting with oils was started.
In this paper I m focusing mainly on Renaissance art work, since that was the assignment, but I feel
it s important to also mention the other important partsof the Renaissance, architecture, science,
politics and religion.

Because of such drastic Japanese resistance, it would not only be impractical, it would be senseless

necessity in order to prevent a disastrous and precarious land invasion.
By avoiding a highly questionable land invasion, the bomb saved half a million American lives. In

22. Online Gambling And Online Casino
Blog 4 What can players expect more of when it comes to online casino gaming in 2016?
Considering it s January, it is no shock to see that online casino industry analysts are clambering
over themselves to issue predictions for the upcoming 12 months. While some of the predictions are
obvious, it seems that some online casino operators are focussing more on what players want.
Speaking on the matter, we have headed to both the polls and the online casino portals to discover
exactly what that is.
Calls for Anonymity
Big brother society has become an issue throughout the globe, as people are clearly worried about
less than honest government entities. Online casino players have showcased clear concerns
regarding privacy and following reports of NSA spying on British citizens. What this has brought
attention to is the fact that some online casinos just weren t doing enough to safeguard valued
members. While steps have been made to close the curtains as it were, it seems that online casino
players are calling for more of the same in 2016. Privacy was a hot topic last year and it looks like
it will remain so this year too.
Calls for a Challenge
In what was a huge reveal by Caesars Entertainment, it was detailed that millennial players found a
large percentage of online casino slot games boring. Gary Thompson said in his statement, Through
Caesars Entertainment backed research we have located a serious problem within the industry.
Reports show that younger players feel that

27. Ichabod Crane Character Analysis
Ichabod Crane s adventure related in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow demonstrates where someone
s unchecked and undesirable personality traits can lead him. Washington Irving wrote The Legend
of Sleepy Hollow in 1820. The story describes how Ichabod Crane persistently frightened himself
by supposing he saw and heard supernatural beings. When Crane competed with Brom Bones for a
lady s love, Bones took advantage of Ichabod Cranes character flaws scaring him out of town by
impersonating the dreaded Headless Horseman. Ichabod Crane s greed, superstition, and
fearfulness resulted in his downfall. Ichabod Crane s greed hindered his relationship with the
townspeople, making some, such as Brom Bones, pleased to expel Crane from town, and others
indifferent to his leaving. Crane had a great gluttonous appetite, so he lived successively a week
at a time in his pupils homes because they could not afford to house such a gourmand (Irving
17). Moreover, he earned the distaste of the town s other men while trying to earn the affections
of Katrina Van Tassel, whom he hoped to marry because of her wealth. He knew if the marriage
occurred, many delicious meals would await him. The pedagogue s mouth watered as he looked
upon this sumptuous promise of luxurious winter fare, (Irving 20). Furthermore, Ichabod Crane s
greed extended even to a love of power, which he executed over his schoolhouse. For slovenly,

29. Why Evolution Is True Summary
Why Evolution is True Book Review
A majority of the population falls prey to the idea of creationism and its relative, intelligent design,
however these concept s when mentioned lack substantial evidence. Darwin s theory of evolution
by which life on earth evolved by natural selection, is vast and contains a variety of splendid
scientific validation. Jerry Coyne the author of Why Evolution is True explains that despite Darwin
s lack of knowledge on DNA and genetics his original theory as stated in The Origin , are the
fundamental blocks for the modern theory of evolution. The topic of evolution when discussed
evokes much emotion, this is because Holy literature not only has been the law of the land for
centuries but also serves as a road ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The most important evidence of evolution is found beneath our feet. In chapter two Coyne opens
up with a quote form Charles Darwin: The Crust of the earth is vast museum; but the natural
collection have been made only at intervals of time immensely remote. The fossil record
provides some of the best evolutionary evidence. Utilizing fossils has been around for hundreds
of years. All fossils are formed the same way, needing a specific group of circumstances to occur.
The organism must find their way into water, sink to the bottom and get quickly covered by
sediment so that they don t decay or get scattered by scavengers. These rare circumstances are
why a majority of fossil records are complete. The first 80 percent of the history of life were soft
bodied organisms not containing any bone or teeth. This is why there is no evolutionary record
of the origin of life. To this day we only have fossil evidence for about 1 percent of all species
that have ever lived on earth. Although these records do not contain a good representation of life
on earth, fossils can be utilized to display evolutionary patterns. Proof that evolution occurs can be
found in the rocks. In 2004 Neil Shubin found a transitional form between fish and amphibian
called Tiktaalik roseae. What is so important about Tiktaalik is that he was not only a transitional
organism but he was found in the right age of rocks. Scientist use rocks and

30. The Project Heart Healing Ceremony And Film
The Project Heart healing ceremony and film can be described by thinking of it in terms of story
types. Annette Simmons suggests various story types that storytellers may choose from when
attempting to lead or influence others. Simmons discusses one, the Vision story, in which the
storyteller uses sensory detail to express an emotional appeal for a future outcome (14 17). Thus,
Leslie asks residential school survivors to share their life experiences with members of their
community. She does this because she has a vision that when members of the audience honor the
journey of survivors by hearing their testimony, it will help all members of her community to heal.

She also uses her public platform to teach that sharing stories and having them acknowledged
and honored leads to a path for healing for those whose voices have been historically silenced.
Another leadership story type that Simmons discusses is the Values in Action story, which
brings values to life by respectfully instilling [them] in a way that keeps people thinking for
themselves (20). Leslie asks the schoolchildren to imagine what it must have been like to be
raised in an Indian residential school, stating that the children are the next generation who will
walk forward with values and ideals that will change our world and make it a better place
(Project Heart). The adults who participated in the ceremony (in addition to those who view it
through film) must also face the same question, as well as face their individual and collective
values as demonstrated by their response to her poignant inquiry. That is to say, if adults see
children acting according to a certain ethical standard, the adults are also likely to choose to follow
with their own ethical actions. Finally, Simmons discusses what she names I know what you are
thinking stories, in which the storyteller attempts to name the audience s objections as a way of
disarming any potential resistance to influence (23 26). Leslie tells the children at the beginning
and the end of the Project Heart film that she teaches history from multiple perspectives because
she loves Canada. I tell

Analyzing Clinton s speech about women s rights. On September 5, 1995, many countries came
together in Beijing China to hear Hillary Clinton s speech about women s rights. This speech was
the United Nations Fourth World Conference of Women. Clinton addressed problems that needed
to be corrected in many countries around the world, including the United States regarding the
liberties of women, and why it was authoritative that they receive these freedoms. According to
Clinton s speech (1995), The great challenge of this conference is to give voice to women
everywhere whose experiences go unnoticed, whose words go unheard (pg.2). In her speech she
strategically used ethos, pathos and logos. Clinton made it clear that she understands the callous
disregard women received and expressed her thoughts using ethos. For the first part Clinton states
that Earlier today, I participated in a World Health Organization forum. In that forum, we talked
about ways that government officials, NGOs, and individual citizens are working to address the
health problems of women and girls. Tomorrow, I will attend a gathering of the United Nations

my organization, the Biblical verse of Ephesians 4:25 means to me is that there is a big
difference between telling truth and telling lies, especially since I work part time for my family
based cleaning business. For the most part, it is easier said than done that family members who
are part of family businesses can separate family from business. Since I have been part of my
family based cleaning business since I was a child, I learned quite early that separating family
from business maybe difficult, but possible. As a result, I learned at an early age that because I
have family members that are employees as well, does not mean that I can get away with lying
and speak untruthfully to them. If I choose not to lie and speak truthfully to non family employees
at an organization, why would I choose to lie and speak untruthfully to employees that are my
family? Therefore, regardless if I am working at my family business or not working with my family
business, it is overwhelmingly better to not tell lies and speak truthfully with my words. 2.... Show

designed and intended for different purposes. Although, street motorcycles and dirt bikes can seem

dirt bike are designed for different environments you can tell from the differences in the build what

A street motorcycle usually has a larger frame and it is heavy and metal. The frame of a dirt
bike is typically lighter and smaller because it uses mostly hard plastic with minimal metal. The
street motorcycles larger heavier frame offers more stability to the rider and the dirt bikes
smaller lighter frame offers more agility. Dirt bikes also go off jumps so a lighter frame is better.
Street motorcycle and dirt bikes are not equipped with the same suspension. The suspension on
a street motorcycle is stiffer than the suspension of a dirt bike. The suspension on a street
motorcycle is limited because it is made for a heavy bike on smooth roads not taking much
impact, enough to give a smooth ride but not enough to take the jumps that a dirt bike would.
On a dirt bike, the suspension is not as stiff and is very good at taking impact as it is made to
absorb the shock of the bike going over rough trails and jumps. The tires of street motorcycles
and dirt bikes are designed for different environments. Street motorcycles have less aggressive,
slick, and wide tires. The slicker and wider tires of a street motorcycle provide more traction and
stability on the smooth pavement they are made for. Dirt bikes have a more aggressive tire design

the death marked love between two love struck teenagers, are far too similar to ignore. Not to

Therefore, the series of unfortunate events encouraged the death of Romeo and Juliet, it did not
define their choices which were primarily responsible for their deaths. The lioness is a symbol of
chance and series of unfortunate events. In Romeo in Juliet , Romeo acts quickly and
irrationally after learning of Juliet s death, a prime example of his poor decision making in the
face of strife. Shakespeare said, Man: Then she is well, and nothing can be ill. Her body sleeps
in Capel s monument, and her immortal with angels lives. I saw her laid low in her kindred s
vault. And presently took post to tell you. O, pardon me for bringing these ill news, Since you
did not leave it for my office, Sir. Romeo: Is it e en so? Then I defy you, stars! Thou knows my
lodging,. Get me ink and paper and hire post horses. I will hence tonight. ( 6.2.17 26.) This
shows how quickly Romeo made his decisions as well as the other characters in the play. As he
says I defy you stars he has already made up his mind that he no longer wished to live. As does
Juliet later on in the story and when Thisbe found Pyramus dead she acted the same on the same
irrational behavior. Pyramus makes the same mistake as Romeo, as Thisbe followed suit to Juliet.

and they still exist. We see these leaders everywhere. Presidents, team captains, religious leaders,
CEOs, etc. Basically, leaders are the ones who lead others. Actually, when we look at these leaders
characters , we can easily see most of them have gifted people characteristics. Because leadershipis

Tarquinius and banished him and his family from the kingdom in 510 BCE, leaving his two

plebeian were both elected by the people for a term of one year, neither had power over the other
and they did not have power over life and death within the Roman Kingdom. There was still the
division of classes, the rich versus the poor, and thus, there were ongoing struggles and strife
between the two parties as they fought for ruling favor within their
