Co-Create Awareness Fear Limiting beliefs Patterns of behaviour “I’m afraid that…” “He won’t, I can’t…” “I/we normally…” Remind coachee that feeling fear doesn’t mean that something is dangerous. Clarify assumptions, invite doubt and question beliefs. (one at a time) Make coachee see (and feel) the consequences of his/her (habitual) behaviour. Have you felt (this) fear before? What happened? How did you deal with it? How does it feel like to trust someone? To trust yourself? How can you be sure? What are the facts? What are different interpretations of these facts?
