Step of Process Monitoring
1. Process Monitoring : is a regular process of gathering,
   analyzing, reflecting, documenting and sharing,
   programmed or project information to provide an early
   indication of progress on
   planned, activities and output.
What it focus on process Monitoring?
It focus on activities, output and budget by comparing
   what Planned against actual implementation.
“Output” refer to the immediate result of activities and
   financial investment

Ex: USD$ 100 investment for training teachers.
“Output” we can look at the “ # of teacher trained and /or
  number of training sessions conducted”
What it focus on process Monitoring?
There were three process monitoring data that ICS
  Cambodia will systematically and analyze are :

1.Activities Planned versus Actual
2. Output Planned versus delivered

3. Budget Planned versus actual expenditure
What is the process and the tools to collect,
consolidate and analyze process monitoring data?
There were five mechanism in generated report and do
   monthly analysis :
1. Activities Completion Report (ACR)
2. Field Visit Report (FVR)

3.Monthly Progress Report (MPR)

4.Monthly Financial Report(MFR)
5. Consolidation Monthly Report(CMR)
What is ACR and Who will be Responsible?
1. The ACR is a process monitoring and reporting tool
   accomplished by CF or PO who is responsible in
   facilitating or coordinating the implementation of the
   programmer or project activities.

2. The ACR provides information on what activities were
    completed(eg. gender based violence training etc..) and
    corresponding to output delivered or realized (eg. # of
    people trained, etc…). It also specific where and when
    activities completed as well as who were involved.
What is ACR and Who will be Responsible?

3. After a program or project have been completed, the
   CFs/PO prepares and submits the ACR to PM after the
   PM reviews and verified the ACR, the document
   forwarded to the PM&E coordinator who responsible
   for ending data in MIS
4. The deadline for submitting the ACR is within 5
   working days after activity is completed.(See ACR
   format)
5. Who will be responsible consolidation Report from
   Partner Fit to the ACR ?
What is MPR and Who will be Responsible?

1. The MPR is a process monitoring and reporting tool
   accomplished by CFs, Pos and PM submitted to one’s
   immediate supervisor at the end of each month.

2. MPR summarized the accomplishment of the staff
   against his/her approved monthly or quarterly work
   plan. Included a summary list of programmed or
   project activities completed and out put realized based
   on ACRs accomplished.
What is MPR and Who will be Responsible?

3. The MPRs are useful documents that will support the
   performance appraisal of staff at the end the ones’
   probationary period or during an annual performance
   appraisal.

4. The deadline submitting MPR before the 25th of each
   month. After the PM has reviewed and verified the
   individual MPRs, these are sent to the PM&E
   Coordinator during the 1st working day of the following
   month.
2. Step of Outcome Monitoring
What is focus of outcome monitoring: is a process of
  tracking progressively the changes in knowledge,
  attitudes and practices (KAP) of the target population
  or groups of a programme or project.

At the organizational or institutional level, outcome
   monitoring also includes assessing the changes in
   policies, systems and procedures.
What is the process and the tools to collect,
consolidate and analyze outcome monitoring data?
There were five mechanism in generated report and do
  outcome monitoring analysis :

1. Quarterly Progress Report (QPR)

2. Annual Progress Report (APR)

3. Annual Participatory Programme Progress Review
  and Reflections (A3P2R)

Outcome level
1. Participatory Action Learning Case Study (ALCS)

2.   Most Significant Change Story

3.   Impact Mapping tool
