1. Breakfast
- Continental breakfast : croissant/jam/juice/tea or coffee
- English breakfast=American Breakfast=Cooked Breakfast
: larger meal with egg , grilled bacon and sausage
2. Lunch/Dinner/ supper
-Appetizer, main course, cheese , fruit and dessert, tea or
coffee
3. Snacks (serve between main meal time)
- peanuts / crackers etc.
2.Drink or Beverage Service
 Non Alcoholic Drinks
– Juice (Orange juice/ Apple Juice/ Tomato juice etc.)
– Soft drinks /Carbonate drink/ Juice
– Tea/ Coffee
 Alcoholic Drinks
– Liquor
– Wine
– Beer
– Cocktails
Note: These may be served with cocktails snacks such as peanuts ,
cashew nuts, crackers etc.
• Note !!!
 Consumption of personal alcoholic beverage
is not permitted on board.
 Cabin crew will not serve alcoholic beverage
to passenger under the age of 18.
 Passengers who appear intoxicated will be
denied to serve alcoholic drinks.

 Duty free goods are tax free products that
are sold at the airport or on a flight (*normally
international flight.)
 Passenger may pay by cash or credit card.
- Cash : They usually accept a big currency
banknote such as USD/ AUD/JPY etc.
Note!!
 All passenger should check the duty free
allowance regulation of each country before
purchasing the duty free items.
ex:- Thailand
1 liter of liqour/200 cigarettes
:- India
2 liters of whisky and wine/ 200 cigarettes

 After the cabin doors are closed
1. Turn off all electronics devices such as mobile
phones, tablets, ipad, mp3 players etc.
2. Fasten seat belt
3. Keep the tray table to its lock position.
4. Adjust seatback to upright position
5. Open the window shade

7. Keep your belonging in the overhead bin
or under the seat in front of you

 There will be a safety demonstration before
every take off.

at the exit seats

When the seatbelt sign is turned on…
 The seatbelt sign will be illuminated when the
airplane :
is going to take off
Is going to land (descending)
is passing through the turbulence area
When the seatbelt sign is turned on…
 What you have to do is to
1. Remain seated and fasten your seatbelt
2. Do not walk around, refrain from using
the lavatory
Note!!
 All flights is a non-smoking flight.
Passengers who travel by plane cannot
smoke on board.
