41. Accordingly, since 2009, the CCIB has been
committed to minimizing its 'carbon
footprint’: it compensates for the CO2
emissions resulting from the company’s activity
by purchasing carbon credits (CER) associated
with sustainable projects, endorsed by the
United Nations Framework Convention on
Climate Change (UNFCCC).
