27. ATC COMPLEX
An unique conceptual design in the development of the ATC Complex. Its
uniqueness is in the integration of the Air Traffic Control, Administration,
Metrological and the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting unit into one single
building. This is a proprietary design for this development and is the
first of its kind for airport in India.
Other special feature is in the conceptual design for the utilities and the
use of treated ground water for potable water in the airport and the
incorporation of a sewerage treatment plant to treat waste water for re-use
thus achieving zero discharge from the site.

30. AIRPORT D/B CONTRACT
 BAPL has awarded the “Airport Design & Build Contract” to M/S
Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.
 CAPE (Changi Airport Planners & Engineers) are closely working with
us on all aspects of airport construction like airport design, project
management, etc.
 Simplex has mobilized - Site Porta cabins, Manpower, Concrete
Batching Plant , WMM Plant , Transit Mixers , Concrete Pump, JCB,
Excavators, Graders, Vibratory Rollers, Dozers, Paver , Boom Crane,
Dumpers/Tippers and other construction machinaries.
 Simplex has completed site infrastructure works related to construction
activities such as Site office , Field Laboratory, Stores, Cement stores ,
Fabrication yard, Labor hutments etc.
 Work is progressing at site in full swing. 30
