GCDP and GIP in
the summer
1.
• Through having the right growth model it is advisable that
NO LC is growing a LOT at the same time in 2 ICX or 2
OGX Programmes because it is challenging to balance
resources
• What makes sense is that an LC grows in one ICX
Programme and one OGX Programme (Eg: iGIP and
oGCDP or iGCDP and oGIP)
• Do this for 2014 LC Goals as much as possible!
Consideration for MC Growth Model/OD Model
However, not every LC might have this kind of goal allocation
for the fruit peak!
So what should you do in the fruit peak as LC/MC in these 2
cases

very very high number of Re only

Balance GCDP and GIP for Quality Delivery

  • 1. Balance high quality delivery in GCDP and GIP in the summer
  • 2. 1. • Through having the right growth model it is advisable that NO LC is growing a LOT at the same time in 2 ICX or 2 OGX Programmes because it is challenging to balance resources • What makes sense is that an LC grows in one ICX Programme and one OGX Programme (Eg: iGIP and oGCDP or iGCDP and oGIP) • Do this for 2014 LC Goals as much as possible! Consideration for MC Growth Model/OD Model
  • 3. However, not every LC might have this kind of goal allocation for the fruit peak! So what should you do in the fruit peak as LC/MC in these 2 cases High growth/High volume in both ICX High growth/High volume in both OGX
  • 5. 1. Identify common detractor issues/comments at REALIZED stage in iGCDP and iGIP (MC and/or LC) 2. Find common solutions to issues that can be addressed together by HR in GCDP and GIP to optimize the process (MC and LC) 3. MC to ensure implementation of solutions through the right planning with LCs, ensuring the right synergy between structures, incentives, L&D etc Balance ICX Programmes

Find common solutions to issues that can be addressed together by HR in GCDP and GIP to optimize the process (MC and LC) 3. MC to ensure implementation of solutions through the right planning with LCs, ensuring the right synergy between structures, incentives, L&D etc Balance ICX Programmes 2. Common solutions • Effective synergy between delivery members in iGIP and iGCDP team to work on accommodation during or right after the TN is matched • The same members (members from both iGCDP and iGIP) can work together on logistics and pick up of Eps • EP Integration (cultural aspect) can be done together • Outsourcing pick up support in case of very very high number of Re only

MC Support in implementation • Talent Planning to know how many people are needed for better delivery • Supporting LCs in capacity creation in the summer for both ICX Programme delivery • Incentives to LCs to ensure high quality through the process

Find common solutions to issues that can be addressed together by HR in GCDP and GIP to optimize the process (MC and LC) 3. MC to ensure implementation of solutions through the right planning with LCs, ensuring the right synergy between structures, incentives, L&D etc Balance ICX Programmes 3. MC Support in implementation • Synergy between the MCVP iGCDP and MCVP iGIP with the MCVP TM to make sure JD of delivery members and structures allow them to work together on common elements like accommodation etc

Example – SYNERGY IN MAY LCLLC A is expecting 100 iGCDP and 50 iGIP Realizations between July 1st and July 20th iGIP Team iGCDP Team Synergy MAY • Meet to identify common issues and how to take it forwards • Start working together on accommodation of EPs – find accommodation, create contracts, payment conditions etc

Example – SYNERGY IN JUNE LCLLC A is expecting 100 iGCDP and 50 iGIP Realizations between July 1st and July 20th iGIP Team iGCDP Team Synergy JUNE • Continue working on accommodation and other logistics requirements • Start working on virtual EP Preparation together for Eps coming from the same country for GIP and GCDP
  • 12. Example – SYNERGY IN JULY LCLLC A is expecting 100 iGCDP and 50 iGIP Realizations between July 1st and July 20th iGIP Team iGCDP Team Synergy JULY • Involve LC in Trainee Pick ups • Assign trainee buddies – no member has more than 2 preferably • Work together on EP registration etc

Coordinating and aligning with MC expectation settings with host entity

Common solutions • Marketing teams to be on top of clear product and expectation settings in both OGX Programmes • Specific members in marketing working for oGCDP and specific members working for oGIP support
