19. Cancellation policy
• As part of our cancellation policy, BAInstitute.org will accept substitute
registrants up to 2 (two) business days prior to training start date. Cancellations
received less than 10 (ten) business days prior to training start date will result in
loss of training fees. Cancellations received 11+ (eleven plus) business days prior to
training start date may be transferred to a future BAInstitute.org training course.
• No refunds will be given.
• Discounts may not be applied to previous registrations.
