high quality branded products that fulfills the fashion need
of Men and Women regarding clothing, footwear and
accessories. It was founded in 2012 It operates through
www.Daraz.pk It is in the industry of Apparel and Fashion.
Its company size is between 51-200 employees. Its
Contains over 300 Brands.
 Daraz is one of Asia’s leading online platform e-
commerce portal modeled on Amazon.
 Daraz Bangladesh Limited established in September
2013.
 It is 4th e-commerce site after Olx, Ekhanei and
Clickbd.
 Bjarke Mikkelsen , Co-CEO of Daraz Group, will
Co-head the group along with Jonathan Doerr.
No fakes and no duplicates. We have made it to our mission to offer
only 100% genuine products in the original packaging on Daraz and

of people. Customers are the most vital part of an
organization as they are the main source of revenue.
Communicating with them is essential for an e-business
like Daraz in order to build strong customer
relationships. People on the internet are very vocal
about their thoughts and preferences. Word of mouth
and reviews can make or break an organization. Daraz
needs to constantly communicate with customers and
get their feedback to improve and serve them better.
They need to provide them with specific and clear
information.
This is another dimension of communication
that exists and falls under the external
communication category. Supplier is the
person or organization that is responsible for
providing another business with a product or
service .Interactions with them is important to
maintain good relationship as well as
negotiate and do business. The only way to
maintain mutual understanding between your
business and your supplier at all times is
through regular communication practices.

 How supply chain management actually work in Daraz.com?
 Inbound –VPC (Vendor Pick Up Coordinator): After placing a order
by a customer vendor collect the product from supplier then
check the quality of products than store to inventory .
 Inbound – Inventory
1. MPCD (Market Place Cross Drake) is short term store the product.
2. Consignment is long term store the products, suppose Easy
brand send the numerous product to the Daraz inventory then this
is called consignment.
 Outbound- Network: After receiving product the delivered item note
goes to network point for distribute the right product to the right
time by third party like Pathao , Sundorbon ,S.A poribohon etc.
 After Sales: Reverse Network means product return by customer ,if
he or she look any inconsistency .

CONCLUSION and Recommendation :
After a great deal of analyzing, I have come to a good understanding
of Daraz’s communication mechanism. Their communication mode
is mainly online-based, which is cost effective, facilitative, and
quick. In addition, they tend to maintain credibility of employees,
giving them the recognition they deserve, creating a friendly work
environment with proper compensations. However, this mechanism
can be seriously compromised if digital connectivity is hindered due
to unavoidable factors. Hence, for better communication within and
outside the organization, I deem it wise that Daraz takes the
recommendations we have put forward into consideration for a
booming business.

In addition, they tend to maintain credibility of employees, giving them the recognition they deserve, creating a friendly work environment with proper compensations. However, this mechanism can be seriously compromised if digital connectivity is hindered due to unavoidable factors. Hence, for better communication within and outside the organization, I deem it wise that Daraz takes the recommendations we have put forward into consideration for a booming business.
