AYURVEDIC DEFINITION OF HEALTH STATE OF HEALTH IN AYURVEDA IS HOLISTIC IN NATURE IT HAS BEEN DEFINED AND EXPLAINED THROUGH A SANSKRIT SHALOKA “SAM DOSHA, SAM AGNI, SAM DHATU, SAM MALKRIYA PRASANN ATMA, INDRIYA, MANA, SWASTH ITI VIDHIYATE ” • EACH WORD OF THIS SHALOKA HAS DEEP, VAST AND MYSTIC MEANING , WHICH NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED AND DECODED FOR THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF AYURVEDIC CONCEPT OF TOTAL HEALTH.
