This is the third in a series of lectures I offered through Yama Yoga Studios, Doha, on Ayurveda. The focus of this lecture was therapeutic approaches to health--this lecture integrated information from the first two to give students a holistic perspective on their health and individual bodies and subtle body constitutions. This is based on thousands of years of study in India and is a very powerful approach to health.
