AVIVA Ltd is a large insurance company that underwent mergers, resulting in the need to develop managers in Asia to effectively lead cross-cultural teams. CELSIM partnered with Henley Management College to design a program focusing on managing people, performance, and cross-cultural teams. The program helped managers gain knowledge in managerial effectiveness, develop skills to better manage people and performance, and equip themselves to lead in Asia. Feedback from AVIVA's Asia HR manager praised the program for its practical examples, group discussions, and experiential activities that helped apply the theories.
