projects involving resources from multiple State Departments and vendors, utilizing PMI®
based standard waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

 Performed a detailed business and technology assessment for the State of
Michigan evaluating how to best merge and support the merger of the
Department of Health Services and the Department of Community Health into the
Department of Health and Human Services. Thus creating the largest department
within the State of Michigan Government.
