Autoclave is a closed vessel (Round or Cylindrical) in which processes occur under simultaneous application of high temperature and pressure. Autoclave molding technique is similar to vacuum bag and pressure bag molding method with some modifications. This method employs an autoclave to provide heat and pressure to the composite product during curing.
RTM is a low-pressure molding process, where a mixed resin and catalyst are injected into a closed mold containing a fiber pack or preform . when the resin has cured the mold can be opened and finished component removed.

The fabrication methodology of a composite part depends mainly on three factors:
(i) the characteristics of matrices and reinforcements,
(ii) the shapes, sizes and engineering details of products, and
(iii) end uses.
The composite products are too many and cover a very wide domain of applications ranging from an engine valve to an aircraft wing.
The fabrication technique varies from one product to the other.
Pultrusion is a continuous process for manufacture of composite materials with constant cross-section.
It is more widely used in industries where there is a continuous demand of the product

Using the scholar data and researcher point of view on composite materials. We illustrate the application of composite material in aerospace industry. Composites are highly efficient to make the parts and structure of aircrafts. We found the characteristics of the composite material make it very suitable material for aerospace industry. Composites like carbon fiber, carbon epoxy, and glass epoxy are very light and high strength which is mostly used in aircraft industries. In addition, our study takes the first step to highlight the uses of composite material to manufacture the different parts of aircraft's.
Resin transfer molding (RTM) is a method of fabricating high-tech composite structures. The RTM process is capable of consistently producing composite parts with high strength, complex geometries, tight dimensional tolerances, and part quality typically required of aerospace applications. RTM uses a closed mold commonly made of aluminum. A fiber "layup" such as graphite is placed into the mold. The mold is closed, sealed, heated, and placed under vacuum. Heated resin is injected into the mold to impregnate the fiber layup. Having the mold heated and under vacuum assists the resin flow. The mold is then held at a temperature sufficient to cure the resin. Current RTM technology produces lightweight parts with excellent mechanical properties. With these qualities, composite materials are gaining wide use in a variety of structural and non-structural applications common in aerospace and aviation. RTM is one method of fabricating these composite structures.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

2. DEFINITION
Autoclave is a closed vessel (Round or Cylindrical)
in which processes occur under simultaneous
application of high temperature and pressure.
Temperature 180 °C, Pressure 5 bar, Time 3-6 hr.
3. PROCESS
In this method, prepregs (Reinforced material)
are stacked in a two-sided mold set.
Lower side rigid mold and upper side flexible
membrane(silicon or extruded polymer film).
Then whole assembly is vacuum bagged to
remove any air entrapped in between the layers.
After air is removed, the entire assembly is
transferred to autoclave.
4. PROCESS
Heat and pressure is applied for a definite
interval of time.
In this process, matrix is uniformly distributed
and intimate contact is achieved through proper
bonding between fibers and matrix.
Then assembly is cooled to a definite rate and
then vacuum bag is removed, the composite part
is taken out from the mold.
A thin layer of release gel is applied onto the
mold surface to avoid sticking of polymer to the
mold surface.
10. RAW MATERIALS
Materials used
Matrix
Epoxy, polyester, polyvinyl ester, phenolic resin,
Unsaturated polyester, polyurethane resin and
thermoplastic resins,
Reinforcement
Glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber (all these fibers
may be in the form of unidirectional mat, bidirectional
(woven) mat, stitched into a fabric form, mat of
randomly oriented fibers)
11. ADVANTAGES
Applicable for both thermoplastic and thermosetting
polymer composites.
No void content in the finished part due to removing
entrapped air through vacuum.
High degree of uniformity in part consolidation.
Better adhesion characteristics between layers and good
control over resin and reinforcement is achieved.
High volume fraction of reinforcement in the composite
part.
If cores and inserts are used, there is better bonding of
these attachments due to vacuum bag processing.
Complete wetting of fibers is achieved.
12. DISADVANTAGES
There is limitation on part size which depends upon
autoclave size.
It is a costly technique for composite processing.
Rate of production is low and skilled labour is
required in this process
13. APPLICATIONS
The process is mainly used in applications requiring
high strength to weight ratio components such as
Aircraft parts
Marine
Military
Space craft
Missiles
