(e.g., MP3 (.mp3), Windows Media
Audio (.wma), Advanced Audio Coding (.aac)), and
o Solid state preloaded digital devices in which the audio
content is preloaded and sold together with a hardware
device.
 Increases comprehension
Useful for the blind
Increase the speed of writing
Improve the pronunciation
Increases word exposure and improves
vocabulary
 Builds background knowledge
Able to work independently
Improving the LSRW skills
o In schools by teachers of second-language
