Multi-Touch Screens vs. Mouse-Driven Screens
The adoption of multi-touch screens has increasingly become a norm to most organizations today. As Gray (2014) explains, the acceptance of multi-touch screens has especially been significant in restaurants due to their capacity to facilitate fast delivery of services to customers, while giving businesses a competitive edge over other institutions that deliver similar services. To establish efficiency of such screens, the specific features that make them unique, the key analogies that the system faces and some of the additional features that such screens may require should be evaluated.
Interaction Types and Styles That Apply to Multi-Touch Screens and Applications Running on Them
Multi-touch screens exist in three main forms: the bi-manual, multi-point, and multi-user screens. The differences between these screens arise from the nature of contact and the level of interaction that an individual may have with them. For example, a wide frame that makes it possible to maneuver on different parts of the screen at once characterizes the bi-manual screens. Having the ability to work on the screen in different times enables users to perform and execute commands on the system much faster since all the points of command entry are visible on the screen (Muir, 2015).
Multi-touch screens are preferred whenever an individual wants to make use of different points of contact to zoom in or out and to have a better view of the image or the contents of a screen. In restaurants, multi-touch screens are relied upon to enable the customer to have a better view of the company’s product and services allowing them to make a wise decision or to determine the next button that they should click in the system to complete their check out process. The nature of the multi-touch screens usually provides more points of contact, the system increases accuracy and faster execution of functions allowing a user to have more options. Multi-point screens are especially applied on devices such as phones, tablets, or computers.
The multi-user interaction screens combine collaborative interaction features of recent applications such as windows 8. With this type of screen, several individuals can carry out the same task at once on two different points of entry. Just as the name suggests multi-users, the system can accommodate several users who are working on one component, project or task allowing them to complete their allocated parts at different times. As Shelly et al. (2010) elaborate on the downsides of using the multi-user screens, the technique allows only several people to work on a similar project.

ABSTRACT
This goal of this research is to examine several common usability design flaws and to present a
plan to create a set of best practices that will contain both user-tested design patterns and proper
gesture use that bring about better user task outcomes. It also describes how a usability study
would be carried out, including the process of analyzing the study results and finding the best
design patterns for those tasks. This research is needed, because there are a limited amount of
usability-tested software design patterns for use on mobile touchscreen devices and this re-
searcher believes that usability has understandably suffered in this medium. As any mobile
touchscreen device user can attest, it can be surprisingly frustrating to perform a simple task -
such as copying and pasting text from one location to another, or filling out a simple form. The-
se tasks and more were tested on a mobile touchscreen device in order to identify and attempt to
solve these common usability problems.

Most web developers create design proposals without further input from the intended group and primarily focus on meeting the standards of the contract. Many likely think that consumers also don't have the technological intellect to know such a dynamic area that is undoubtedly an integral of the systems development life cycle (Bunnell & Weistroffer, 2017). Some of that may be real, but on the other side, customers know precisely what they deserve, and internet developers can't look down upon everything (Scane, 2002). It is quite impossible to develop a completely functional platform even for the most accomplished software engineers in their initial effort. That's since there's a little like a typical operator, each client is unique, so it's quite difficult to state what's better for everyone. But if we are to establish a good platform, we will have to communicate as well as connect via our customers (Scane, 2002). Another most critical thing everyone should do is to negotiate with potential buyers while we begin schematic design since the very beginning. In this case, we will prevent future difficulties and technical problems, which might cost us some more time throughout the delayed design phase.
While everyone else has just said, we might, in reality, concentrate on just the final step throughout this article, it will be when our platform is built and operating. It is still necessary to welcome customers as well as give them information, but we really want to have anything more accessible to reach as many groups as required, that means we're going to be using a resource that gives everybody an overview about what users are doing on the website (Scane, 2002). ABSTRACT
This goal of this research is to examine several common usability design flaws and to present a
plan to create a set of best practices that will contain both user-tested design patterns and proper
gesture use that bring about better user task outcomes. It also describes how a usability study
would be carried out, including the process of analyzing the study results and finding the best
design patterns for those tasks. This research is needed, because there are a limited amount of
usability-tested software design patterns for use on mobile touchscreen devices and this re-
searcher believes that usability has understandably suffered in this medium. As any mobile
touchscreen device user can attest, it can be surprisingly frustrating to perform a simple task -
such as copying and pasting text from one location to another, or filling out a simple form. The-
se tasks and more were tested on a mobile touchscreen device in order to identify and attempt to
solve these common usability problems.

Quantitative, represents the method of utilizing numeric data and statistics in communicating the results. The second of the three approaches are qualitative. Qualitative represents the method of gathering data in the form of words and descriptions, such as interviews and focus groups, to communicate the results. The third, and final approach surrounding collection and analysis of data is mixed methods. Mixed methods incorporate both of what the quantitative and qualitative approach focus on. Quantitative
The quantitative method, involves numeric data and statistics to communicate findings. It emphasizes data, measured objectively, because it cannot be disputed. Polls, questionnaires, and surveys are three methods used in the collection of statistical, mathematical, or numerical analysis of data. The primary purpose of quantitative research is to explain a particular event. By gathering a specific type of data, and generalizing it across an area small or wide. The goal, is to determine the relationships between variables, in that given area. Typically, this type of research is used to create graphs and tables of raw data. (Todd, Nerlich, McKeown, Clarke, p.2,3). This method would involve survey and ethnographic, because both are products of statistical analysis.
Qualitative
The qualitative method, involves gathering data in the form of words and descriptions. It emphasizes to understand the social reality of a given group and cultures as nearly as possible as its participants feel it or live it. The study is conducted in the person or groups natural setting. The goal of the qualitative approach is to understand the “why” behind a particular phenomenon, or behavior, acts the way it does. Mixed Method
The mixed method, combines both of the approaches, that the quantitative and qualitative method focus on. How might you handle this case? I just had a 7 year old to to criminal court after sexual abuse by an adult male. She was my youngest child client to go to criminal court. I was really concerned that the defendant would be found not guilty due to her young age and no forensic evidence. I did address this with her and indicated that sometimes the jury get in wrong (she had been explained jury, judge, etc and visited the court room on 2 occasion). He was found guilty in 2 hours and the jury also eat lunch during that time.
