Introduction
Asa Griggs Candler was the founder of the coca-cola company. In late 1800s, it is started
and he wasn’t expected that it earned upto $180 billions. Coca cola illustration or success is
not given by any sheer chance. As there are already many soft drinks were sold. So, there was
competition in beverages. Coca-cola doesn’t sell sweetened carbonated beveraeges while
beverage king sell their beverage more than 500 brands over 200 countries. They also made
soft drinks like DASANI, vitamin water and Evian are considered in healthy drinks.
Problem
In 1980s, coca cola entered in competition and targeting thee pepsi and become the rival . it
targeting the pepsi company, for thisit should be needed that they must be better in beverages
while it also sold sweet drinks.
Analysis
It reevaluate their offerings. Soon coca cola decided to launch a new drink concot a sweeter
dish in market by the name New Coke. People doesn’t like it and it get negative feedback
about it. While people doesn’t take it management make decided to pull to change it with
previous formula, lo and behold. It named coca-cola classic made , which result it maintain
its position in market. Whenever, they realized its getting wrong they changed it according to
customer needs. Coke always maintain its dominant in market and listened to customers and
they changed.
Reccomendation
In my opinion, it will launch a new formula with healthy ingredients while taste should be
same so everyone will prefer to buy it as a healthy effect on individual. We make strength
those things which are the weakness of competitor. Some people are conscious to their
health, so by this those are also take it, which show a good impact on company’s sales, profit
and perspective in market.

  • 2. 2 Introduction Asa Griggs Candler was the founder of the coca-cola company. In late 1800s, it is started and he wasn’t expected that it earned upto $180 billions. Coca cola illustration or success is not given by any sheer chance. As there are already many soft drinks were sold. So, there was competition in beverages. Coca-cola doesn’t sell sweetened carbonated beveraeges while beverage king sell their beverage more than 500 brands over 200 countries. They also made soft drinks like DASANI, vitamin water and Evian are considered in healthy drinks. Problem In 1980s, coca cola entered in competition and targeting thee pepsi and become the rival . it targeting the pepsi company, for thisit should be needed that they must be better in beverages while it also sold sweet drinks. Analysis It reevaluate their offerings. Soon coca cola decided to launch a new drink concot a sweeter dish in market by the name New Coke. People doesn’t like it and it get negative feedback about it. While people doesn’t take it management make decided to pull to change it with previous formula, lo and behold. It named coca-cola classic made , which result it maintain its position in market. Whenever, they realized its getting wrong they changed it according to customer needs. Coke always maintain its dominant in market and listened to customers and they changed. Reccomendation In my opinion, it will launch a new formula with healthy ingredients while taste should be same so everyone will prefer to buy it as a healthy effect on individual. We make strength those things which are the weakness of competitor. Some people are conscious to their health, so by this those are also take it, which show a good impact on company’s sales, profit and perspective in market.
