• Offering good training programme is a great investment in people. It offers a lot of
returns in the form of individual competencies and organisational productivity.
• Effective training creates a lifelong impact on learners, be it in the form of knowledge
generation, change in attitudes or improvements in competencies.
• This impact can be seen in individual and organisational a
• A good training programme to be designed based on the training need assessment by
identifying the performance gaps, organisational resources and plans.
• A training programme meets its purpose when it is well planned. The topic,
participants, trainers, methods, duration and the outcome should be factors to be
counted on.
• The training cycle completes only when there is a scientific evaluation conducted. This
can be done in terms of the reaction of learners, the learning, behavioural changes and
the outcomes generated as a result of the training inputs.
